Claims (13)
1. Матричная подложка, содержащая множество пиксельных модулей, размещенных в матрице, при этом по меньшей мере один из пиксельных модулей содержит один или более первых пиксельных электродов и второй пиксельный электрод, каждый из первых пиксельных электродов соединен с первым тонкопленочным транзистором, и второй пиксельный электрод соединен со вторым тонкопленочным транзистором; при этом
канал обеспечен между истоком и стоком каждого из первых тонкопленочных транзисторов, проекция каждого из первых пиксельных электродов на плоскость, где находится канал соответствующего первого тонкопленочного транзистора, покрывает по меньшей мере частично канал соответствующего первого тонкопленочного транзистора; что касается каждого из первых тонкопленочных транзисторов, то площадь части их канала, которая покрыта соответствующим первым пиксельным электродом, не равна; каждый из первых пиксельных электродов и истока и стока соответствующего первого тонкопленочного транзистора составляет тонкопленочный транзистор с верхним затвором.
2. Матричная подложка по п. 1, при этом матричная подложка дополнительно содержит множество линий данных, продолжающихся в первом направлении, и множество линий затвора, продолжающихся во втором направлении; второй тонкопленочный транзистор содержит исток и затвор, размещенные в разных слоях; при этом исток второго тонкопленочного транзистора состоит из сегмента линии данных в участке, в котором линии данных пересекают линии затвора, и затвор второго тонкопленочного транзистора состоит из сегмента линии затвора в участке, в котором линии затвора пересекают линии данных.
3. Матричная подложка по п. 2, в которой один или более первых пиксельных электродов и второй пиксельный электрод расположены на двух сторонах соответствующей линии затвора, соответственно.
4. Матричная подложка по п. 2, в которой исток второго тонкопленочного транзистора является круглым дугообразным.
5. Матричная подложка по п. 1 или 2, в которой общий электрод дополнительно обеспечен между одним или более первыми пиксельными электродами и вторым пиксельным электродом, общий электрод снабжен экранирующим электродом, который продолжается до второго пиксельного электрода, и расположен между двумя смежными вторыми пиксельными электродами.
6. Матричная подложка по п. 5, в которой экранирующий электрод имеет форму полосы.
7. Матричная подложка по п. 6, в которой экранирующий электрод имеет два вильчатых ответвления, размещенных параллельно.
8. Матричная подложка по п. 5, в которой экранирующий электрод расположен между двумя смежными линиями данных; на двух сторонах экранирующего электрода часть линии данных, которая соответствует каждому из вторых пиксельных электродов, имеет углубление, утопленное внутрь второго пиксельного электрода.
9. Матричная подложка по п. 5, в которой пассивирующий слой обеспечен между стоком первого тонкопленочного транзистора и соответствующим первым пиксельным электродом, сток первого тонкопленочного транзистора электрически соединен с соответствующим первым пиксельным электродом через первое сквозное отверстие, расположенное в пассивирующем слое; и проекция первого сквозного отверстия на плоскость, где находится общий электрод, расположена в пределах общего электрода.
10. Матричная подложка по п. 5, в которой пассивирующий слой обеспечен между стоком второго тонкопленочного транзистора и вторым пиксельным электродом, сток второго тонкопленочного транзистора электрически соединен со вторым пиксельным электродом через второе сквозное отверстие, расположенное в пассивирующем слое; и проекция второго сквозного отверстия на плоскость, где находится общий электрод, расположена в пределах общего электрода.
11. Жидкокристаллическая панель отображения, содержащая матричную подложку по любому из пп. 1-10.
12. Жидкокристаллическое устройство отображения, содержащее жидкокристаллическую панель отображения по п. 11.
