Claims (30)
1. Способ оценки лечения, согласно которому:
подают энергию через зонд для абляции ткани на множестве участков органа в теле пациента, таким образом создавая в ткани повреждения, включающие в себя, по меньшей мере, первое и второе повреждения на соответствующих первом и втором прилегающих друг к другу участках;
регистрируют координаты местоположения и соответствующие параметры лечения для каждого из участков в соответствии с поданной энергией;
на основании зарегистрированных параметров лечения вычисляют соответствующие показатели размера повреждений, включающие в себя, по меньшей мере, первый и второй показатели первого и второго повреждений; и
генерируют показатель непрерывности между, по меньшей мере, первым и вторым повреждениями в зависимости от первого и второго показателей и расстояния между координатами местоположения первого и второго участков.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором подача энергии включает в себя подачу радиочастотной электрической энергии через зонд во время контакта зонда с тканью на каждом из участков.
3. Способ по п. 2, в котором регистрация параметров лечения включает в себя измерение усилия, которое прикладывает зонд к ткани, мощности электрической энергии и продолжительности подачи энергии.
4. Способ по п. 3, в котором вычисление соответствующих показателей включает в себя вычисление интеграла по продолжительности от произведения силы, возведенной в первую степень, отличную от единицы, на мощность, возведенную во вторую степень, отличную от единицы.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором подача энергии включает в себя создание линии повреждений в ткани, а генерирование показателя включает в себя оценку целостности линии путем вычисления показателя непрерывности между соседними парами повреждений вдоль линии.
6. Способ по п. 1, в котором генерирование показателя включает в себя вычисление показателя во время подачи энергии и контроль подачи энергии в зависимости от показателя.
7. Способ по п. 6, в котором подача энергии включает в себя продолжение подачи энергии на второй участок после создания первого повреждения до тех пор, пока вычисляемый показатель не окажется в пределах заданного целевого диапазона.
8. Способ по п. 1, в котором генерирование показателя включает в себя вычисление взвешенного сравнения между первым и вторым показателями размера повреждений и расстоянием между координатами местоположений первого и второго участков.
9. Способ по п. 8, в котором вычисление взвешенного сравнения включает в себя определение весовых коэффициентов для каждого из первого и второго показателей в зависимости от толщины ткани на каждом из первого и второго участков.
10. Способ по п. 8, в котором вычисление взвешенного сравнения включает в себя определение весовых коэффициентов для каждого из первого и второго показателей в зависимости от анатомических местоположений первого и второго участков.
11. Способ по п. 1, в котором подача энергии включает в себя абляцию ткани миокарда в сердце пациента.
12. Устройство для выполнения медицинского лечения, содержащее:
инвазивный зонд, выполненный с возможностью подачи энергии для абляции ткани на множестве участков органа в теле пациента, таким образом создавая в ткани повреждения, включающие в себя, по меньшей мере, первое и второе повреждения на соответствующих первом и втором прилегающих друг к другу участках; и
процессор, который связан с зондом и выполнен с возможностью регистрации координат местоположения и соответствующих параметров лечения для каждого из участков в соответствии с поданной энергией, вычисления на основании зарегистрированных параметров лечения соответствующих показателей размера повреждений, включающих в себя, по меньшей мере, соответствующие первый и второй показатели первого и второго повреждений, и генерирования показателя непрерывности между, по меньшей мере, первым и вторым повреждениями в зависимости от первого и второго показателей и расстояния между координатами местоположения первого и второго участков.
13. Устройство по п. 12, в котором подаваемая энергия представляет собой радиочастотную электрическую энергию, подаваемую через зонд во время контакта зонда с тканью на каждом из участков.
14. Устройство по п. 13, в котором зарегистрированные параметры лечения содержат усилие, которое прикладывает зонд к ткани, мощность электрической энергии и продолжительность подачи энергии.
15. Устройство по п. 14, в котором процессор выполнен с возможностью вычисления соответствующих показателей размера в виде интеграла по продолжительности от произведения силы, возведенной в первую степень, отличную от единицы, на мощность, возведенную во вторую степен, отличную от единицы.
16. Устройство по п. 12, в котором зонд выполнен с возможностью создания линии повреждений в ткани, и при этом процессор выполнен с возможностью оценки целостности линии путем вычисления показателя непрерывности между соседними парами повреждений вдоль линии.
17. Устройство по п. 12, в котором процессор выполнен с возможностью вычисления показателя во время подачи энергии зондом и контроля подачи энергии в зависимости от показателя.
18. Устройство по п. 17, в котором подача энергии включает в себя продолжение подачи энергии на второй участок после создания первого повреждения до тех пор, пока вычисляемый показатель не окажется в пределах заданного целевого диапазона.
19. Устройство по п. 12, в котором показатель содержит взвешенное сравнение между первым и вторым показателями размера повреждений и расстоянием между координатами местоположений первого и второго участков.
20. Устройство по п. 19, в котором процессор выполнен с возможностью определения весовых коэффициентов для каждого из первого и второго показателей во взвешенном сравнении в зависимости от толщины ткани на каждом из первого и второго участков.
21. Устройство по п. 19, в котором процессор выполнен с возможностью определения весовых коэффициентов для каждого из первого и второго показателей во взвешенном сравнении в зависимости от анатомических местоположений первого и второго участков.
22. Устройство по п. 12, в котором зонд содержит катетер, выполненный с возможностью подачи энергии так, чтобы произвести абляцию ткани миокарда в сердце пациента.
23. Компьютерный программный продукт, содержащий машиночитаемый носитель, на котором хранятся программные команды, выполненные с возможностью считывания и исполнения процессором, который связан с инвазивным зондом для абляции ткани на множестве участков органа в теле пациента, таким образом создавая в ткани повреждения, включающие в себя, по меньшей мере, первое и второе повреждения на соответствующих первом и втором прилегающих друг к другу участках,
причем команды предписывают процессору регистрировать координаты местоположения и соответствующие параметры лечения для каждого из участков в соответствии с поданной энергией, вычислять на основании зарегистрированных параметров лечения соответствующие показатели размера повреждений, включающие в себя, по меньшей мере, соответствующие первый и второй показатели первого и второго повреждений, и генерировать показатель непрерывности между, по меньшей мере, первым и вторым повреждениями в зависимости от первого и второго показателей и расстояния между координатами местоположения первого и второго участков.
