Claims (12)
1. Устройство (100) датчика шины, содержащее соединительный элемент (210) для соединения устройства датчика шины с шиной транспортного средства и узел (230) электроники устройства датчика шины, размещенный в соединительном элементе, причем узел электроники устройства датчика шины содержит гибкую печатную плату (510), складываемую и содержащую по меньшей мере два участка (705, 710, 715) печатной платы, каждый из которых имеет две поверхности, при этом указанные по меньшей мере два участка печатной платы выполнены с возможностью размещения на по меньшей мере одной их поверхности электронных компонентов устройства датчика шины, причем электронные компоненты содержат по меньшей мере один датчик (1125) для определения по меньшей мере одного параметра шины, при этом печатная плата (510) складывается так, что узел электроники устройства датчика шины может быть вставлен в соединительный элемент с указанными по меньшей мере двумя участками печатной платы, являющимися по существу плоскими.
2. Устройство датчика шины по п. 1, в котором печатая плата сложена так, что указанные по меньшей мере два по существу плоских участка печатной платы лежат на по существу вертикально уложенных плоскостях.
3. Устройство датчика шины по п. 1 или 2, в котором соединительный элемент содержит резиновый корпус, выполненный с возможностью прикрепления к внутреннему гермослою шины.
4. Устройство датчика шины по п. 3, в котором резиновый корпус имеет посадочное место (310) для приема вмещающей части (215), имеющей полость для вмещения узла электроники устройства датчика шины.
5. Устройство датчика шины по п. 4, содержащее корпус (235), выполненный с возможностью вмещения сложенной печатной платы, причем корпус размещен во вмещающей части (215).
6. Устройство датчика шины по п. 5, в котором корпус (235) содержит первую часть (610) корпуса и вторую часть (615) корпуса, соединяемые друг с другом, и крышку (245), которая закрывает корпус (235) сверху.
7. Устройство датчика шины по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором гибкая PCB (510) является складываемой в общую S-образную или Z-образную форму и в сложенном состоянии содержит три по существу плоских участка (705, 710, 715), подходящих для размещения на по меньшей мере одной их поверхности электронных компонентов устройства датчика шины.
8. Устройство датчика шины по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором гибкая PCB содержит два соединительных участка (720, 725) для соединения трех по существу плоских участков (705, 710, 715), при этом соединительные участки обеспечивают гибкое механическое соединение между по существу плоскими участками (705, 710, 715) и электрическое соединение между электронными компонентами, размещенными на по существу плоских участках (705, 710, 715).
9. Устройство датчика шины по п. 8, в котором гибкая PCB имеет три проводящих слоя для сигналов и один проводящий слой для потенциала заземления в трех по существу плоских участках и один проводящий слой для сигналов и один проводящий слой для потенциала заземления в соединительных участках.
10. Устройство датчика шины по любому из предыдущих пунктов, содержащее передающую антенну (1105), содержащую концевой участок (725) гибкой PCB, присоединенный к одному из по существу плоских участков с помощью соединительного участка (730) антенны.
11. Устройство датчика шины по любому из предыдущих пунктов, содержащее контактные клеммы (605) для соединения узла электроники датчика шины с внешней клеммой.
12. Шина транспортного средства, содержащая внутренний гермослой и устройство датчика шины по любому из предыдущих пунктов, соединенное с внутренним гермослоем с помощью соединительного элемента.
