Claims (44)
1. Изделие, включающее
подложку;
золь-гель конверсионное покрытие по меньшей мере на части подложки; и
слой обработки по меньшей мере на части золь-гель конверсионного покрытия, причем слой обработки включает аминоспирт.
2. Изделие по п. 1, кроме того включающее слой покрытия по меньшей мере на части слоя обработки.
3. Изделие по п. 2, в котором слой покрытия включает композицию покрытия на основе полиуретана.
4. Изделие по п. 1, в котором аминоспирт включает соединение, представленное формулой [N(R1)(R2)]z-R-(R'-OH)xRʺy, в которой:
x имеет значение от 1 до 3; y имеет значение от 0 до 2; z имеет значение от 1 до 3; x+y+z=4;
R1 и R2 каждый независимо включает атом водорода или группу С1-С6 алкил, и когда z больше 1, каждый R1 и каждый R2 могут быть одинаковыми или различными;
R и R' каждый независимо включает группу С1-С30 алкилен, и когда х больше 1, каждый R' могут быть одинаковыми или различными; и
Rʺ включает атом водорода или группу C1-C30 алкил, и когда y больше 1, каждый Rʺ могут быть одинаковыми или различными.
5. Изделие по п. 4, в котором х равен 1.
6. Изделие по п. 1, в котором аминоспирт включает трис(гидроксиметил)аминометан, аминометилпропандиол, аминоэтилпропандиол, аминометилпропанол, диметиламиноэтанол, аминогидроксиэтилпентандиол, аминопентандиол и/или аминометилбутанол.
7. Изделие по п. 1, в котором аминоспирт включает трис(гидроксиметил)аминометан.
8. Изделие, включающее
подложку;
золь-гель конверсионное покрытие по меньшей мере на части подложки;
слой обработки по меньшей мере на части золь-гель конверсионного покрытия, причем слой обработки включает аминоспирт; и
слой покрытия по меньшей мере на части слоя обработки, причем слой покрытия включает композицию покрытия на основе полиуретана.
9. Изделие по п. 8, в котором аминоспирт включает соединение, представленное формулой [N(R1)(R2)]z-R-(R'-OH)xRʺy, в которой:
х имеет значение от 1 до 3; y имеет значение от 0 до 2; z имеет значение от 1 до 3; x+y+z=4;
R1 и R2 каждый независимо включает атом водорода или группу C1-C6 алкил, и когда z больше 1, каждый R1 и каждый R2 могут быть одинаковыми или различными;

13. Способ производства изделия по п. 1, который включает
нанесение частично отвержденной золь-гель композиции по меньшей мере на часть подложки;
по меньшей мере, частичную сушку частично отвержденной золь-гель композиции, чтобы получить золь-гель конверсионное покрытие;
нанесение раствора, включающего аминоспирт, по меньшей мере на часть золь-гель покрытия; и
по меньшей мере, частичную сушку раствора, включающего аминоспирт.
14. Способ по п. 13, в котором аминоспирт присутствует в растворе в количестве больше, чем 0,5 вес. %, до предела растворимости аминоспирта в растворе, в расчете на общий вес раствора, и способ дополнительно включает промывку изделия раствором промывки после, по меньшей мере, частичной сушки раствора, включающего аминоспирт.
15. Способ по п. 13, в котором аминоспирт присутствует в растворе в количестве от более 0 до 0,5 вес. %, в расчете на общий вес раствора.
16. Способ по п. 13, в котором раствор, включающий аминоспирт, дополнительно содержит воду и/или органический растворитель.
17. Способ производства изделия по п. 2, который включает
нанесение частично отвержденной золь-гель композиции по меньшей мере на часть подложки;
по меньшей мере частичную сушку частично отвержденной золь-гель композиции, чтобы получить золь-гель конверсионное покрытие;
нанесение раствора, включающего аминоспирт, по меньшей мере на часть золь-гель конверсионного покрытия;
по меньшей мере частичную сушку раствора, включающего аминоспирт, чтобы получить слой обработки;
нанесение композиции покрытия по меньшей мере на часть слоя обработки; и отверждение композиции покрытия с получением слоя покрытия.
18. Способ по п. 17, в котором аминоспирт присутствует в растворе в количестве от более 0,5 вес. % до предела растворимости аминоспирта в растворе, в расчете на общий вес раствора, и способ дополнительно включает промывку изделия раствором промывки после, по меньшей мере, частичной сушки раствора, включающего аминоспирт.
19. Способ по п. 17, в котором аминоспирт присутствует в растворе в количестве от более 0 до 0,5 вес. %, в расчете на общий вес раствора.
20. Способ по п. 17, в котором раствор, включающий аминоспирт, дополнительно содержит воду и/или органический растворитель.
