Claims (32)

1. Каталитическая смесь для одностадийного каталитического быстрого пиролиза сырья, содержащая:
a) по меньшей мере один катализатор крекинга;
b) гетерогенный катализатор сдвига водяного газа на основе переходного металла; и необязательно
c) по меньшей мере один катализатор гидрирования.
2. Каталитическая смесь по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанный катализатор крекинга представляет собой цеолитный катализатор крекинга, выбранный из группы, состоящей из каркасных типов FAU, СНА, MOR; каркасных типов АСО, AEI, AEN, AFN, AFT, AFX, ANA, АРС, APD, ATT, CDO, DDR, DFT, EAB, EDI, EPI, ERI, GIS, GOO, IHW, ITE, ITW, LEV, KFI, MER, MON, NSI, OWE, PAU, PHI, RHO, TH, SAT, SAV, SIV, THO, TSC, UEI, UFI, VNI, YUG, ZON, MFI, LTA, BEA, ZSM-5, ферриерита, цеолита Y, бета-цеолита, морденита, MCM-22, ZSM-23, ZSM-57, SUZ-4, EU-1, ZSM-11, (S)AIPO-31, SSZ-23, SAPO, ALPA и MeALPO.
3. Каталитическая смесь по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что указанный по меньшей мере один цеолитный катализатор крекинга выбран из группы, состоящей из цеолита Y, ZSM-5 и их смесей.
4. Каталитическая смесь по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что указанный по меньшей мере один цеолитный катализатор крекинга представляет собой смесь по меньшей мере одного крупнопористого цеолита и по меньшей мере одного мелкопористого цеолита в соотношении от 5:1 до 1:5.
5. Каталитическая смесь по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанный гетерогенный катализатор сдвига водяного газа на основе переходного металла состоит из по меньшей мере одного оксида металла и подложки, которая является необязательно промотированной.
6. Каталитическая смесь по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что указанный оксид металла выбран из группы, состоящей из платины, рения, кобальта и их смесей, и указанная подложка выбрана из группы, состоящей из Al2O3 и диоксида кремния, и указанный необязательный промотор выбран из группы, состоящей из церия, молибдена и вольфрама.
7. Каталитическая смесь по п. 6, отличающаяся тем, что указанный катализатор сдвига водяного газа содержит оксид платины (Pt) и оксид рения (Re) на Мо-промотированной подложке Al2O3.
8. Каталитическая смесь по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанный по меньшей мере один катализатор гидрирования содержит металл, выбранный из группы, состоящей из никеля (Ni), меди (Cu), цинка (Zn) и их комбинаций.
9. Каталитическая смесь по п. 8, отличающаяся тем, что указанный катализатор гидрирования содержит Ni.
10. Каталитическая смесь по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что по меньшей мере один указанный катализатор крекинга или указанный катализатор гидрирования нанесен на твердую подложку.
11. Каталитическая смесь по п. 10, отличающаяся тем, что по меньшей мере один указанный катализатор крекинга или указанный катализатор гидрирования нанесен на пористые микросферы.
12. Каталитическая смесь по п. 11, отличающаяся тем, что указанные пористые микросферы имеют диаметр около 70-90 мкм.
13. Каталитическая смесь по п. 11, отличающаяся тем, что указанные пористые микросферы имеют поры диаметром около 90-110 нм.
14. Каталитическая смесь по п. 11, отличающаяся тем, что указанный катализатор крекинга образован in situ в порах указанных пористых микросфер, а указанные катализаторы сдвига водяного газа и гидрирования внедрены в указанные микросферы или на них в виде порошков или твердых частиц.
15. Каталитическая смесь по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанная каталитическая смесь содержит около 40-85% масс. указанного катализатора крекинга, около 5-40% масс. указанного гетерогенного катализатора сдвига водяного газа на основе переходного металла и необязательно около 3-20% масс. указанного катализатора гидрирования.
16. Каталитическая смесь по п. 15, отличающаяся тем, что каталитическая смесь содержит около 50-80% масс. указанного катализатора крекинга, около 7-20% масс. указанного гетерогенного катализатора сдвига водяного газа на основе переходного металла и необязательно около 7-10% масс. указанного катализатора гидрирования.
17. Способ получения моноароматических продуктов из сырья, содержащего кислородсодержащие полимеры, включающий:
a) оценку содержания кислорода в указанном сырье;
b) приведение во взаимодействие указанного сырья с каталитической смесью, содержащей по меньшей мере один катализатор крекинга, гетерогенный катализатор сдвига водяного газа на основе переходного металла и необязательно по меньшей мере один катализатор гидрирования, в одну стадию или за один этап; и
c) выделение указанных моноароматических продуктов.
18. Способ по п. 17, отличающийся тем, что указанную реакцию проводят при около 350°C-600°C.
19. Способ по п. 17, отличающийся тем, что указанное сырье имеет содержание кислорода около 15-50%.
20. Способ по п. 19, отличающийся тем, что указанную реакцию проводят по существу без растворителей или других внешних добавок.
21. Способ по п. 17, отличающийся тем, что указанное сырье имеет содержание кислорода менее чем около 15% масс.
22. Способ по п. 21, отличающийся тем, что указанный способ дополнительно включает добавление воды или пара в указанную реакционную смесь.
23. Способ по п. 17, отличающийся тем, что указанное сырье выбрано из группы, состоящей из необработанной биомассы, брикетов переработанной биомассы, сельскохозяйственных отходов, древесной стружки и отходов, энергетических сельскохозяйственных культур, навоза, городских отходов и биомассы, полученной ферментативной переработкой целлюлозы.
24. Способ по п. 23, отличающийся тем, что указанное сырье представляет собой биомассу, содержащую лигнин.
25. Способ по п. 17, отличающийся тем, что выделенные моноароматические соединения включают по меньшей мере одно из бензильных соединений, фенольных соединений, 2-метоксифенола, 1,2-бензолдиола, 4-этил-2-метоксифенола, 2-метокси-6-метилфенола, 2-метокси-4-(1-пропенил)фенола, фенола, 2-метокси-4-пропилфенола, этанона, 1-(4-гидрокси-3-метоксифенил)фенола, 3-метилфенола, 2-метокси-4-метилфенола.
26. Способ по п. 17, отличающийся тем, что указанный способ осуществляют в системе крекинга с циркулирующим псевдоожиженным катализатором (FCC).
