Claims (15)
1. Композитная структура (10), содержащая одну или более электропроводящих дорожек (12) и один или более изоляторов для изоляции дорожек (12) от объема структуры (10).
2. Структура (10) по любому из предшествующих пунктов, при этом структура содержит волокнистое армирование и матрицу из смолы для армирования, при этом упомянутые дорожки (12) образованы из упомянутого волокнистого армирования и упомянутой матрицы из смолы для армирования.
3. Структура (10) по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой упомянутые дорожки (12) образованы из того же волокнистого армирования и из той же матрицы из смолы, как объем структуры.
4. Структура (10) по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой упомянутые дорожки (12) дискретны.
5. Структура (10), в которой изоляторы образованы матрицей из смолы-изолятора.
6. Структура (10) по п.5, в которой матрица из смолы-изолятора содержит матрицу из смолы для армирования.
7. Структура по любому из пп. 2-6, при этом структура содержит многочисленные уложенные слои волокнистого армирования, при этом изолятор простирается поперек по меньшей мере двух уложенных слоев.
8. Структура по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой длина изолятора соответствует n × критическая длина волокна, причем n=1-10, предпочтительно n=1-5.
9. Структура по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой проводящие дорожки образованы однонаправленным углеродным волокном.
10. Структура по п.9, в которой углеродное волокно покрыто металлом.
11. Способ управления путями тока в композитной структуре, включающий обеспечение одной или более электропроводящих дорожек в структуре и изоляцию дорожек от объема структуры.
12. Способ по п.11, в котором упомянутую дорожку изолируют от структуры посредством изоляторов.
13. Способ по п. 11 или 12, в котором композитную структуру приготавливают из укладки предварительно пропитанных смолой слоев материала для волокнистого армирования, причем слои расположены с возможностью соединения металлических элементов непосредственно с внутренней дорожкой структуры.
14. Способ по пп. 11-13, в котором в один или более слоев вводят одну или более несплошностей, чтобы гарантировать, что упомянутая дорожка изолирована.
15. Способ по любому из пп. 11-14, в котором структура после отверждения имеет заполненные смолой несплошности или изоляторы.
