Claims (1)

Способ двухэтапного артродеза коленного сустава при дефектах образующих его костей, включающий моделирующую резекцию концов костных фрагментов, интрамедуллярный остеосинтез бедренной и большеберцовой костей длинным стержнем, наложение аппарата внешней фиксации, отличающийся тем, что после введения интрамедуллярный стержень блокируют проксимально, затем при наличии диастаза между концами бедренной и большеберцовой костей рану ушивают, а после ее заживления концы костных фрагментов сближают при помощи аппарата внешней фиксации, после чего стержень блокируют дистально, а аппарат внешней фиксации демонтируют.A method of two-stage arthrodesis of the knee joint with defects in the bones that form it, including modeling the resection of the ends of bone fragments, intramedullary osteosynthesis of the femur and tibia with a long shaft, application of an external fixation device, characterized in that after the introduction of the intramedullary shaft, the proximal block is blocked, then in the presence of diastasis and the tibia, the wound is sutured, and after its healing, the ends of the bone fragments are brought together using an external fixation device, then the rod is blocked distally, and the external fixation apparatus is dismantled.
