Abstract
Способ изготовления спейсера коленного сустава из костного цемента, заключающийся в том, что элементы спейсера изготавливают из костного цемента с антибиотиком во время операции, отличающийся тем, что после удаления большеберцового компонента эндопротеза и сгибания сустава, на бедренный компонент эндопротеза накладывают костный цемент в процессе полимеризации, а после его застывания последовательно удаляют полученную пресс-форму и бедренный компонент эндопротеза, затем к дистальному отделу бедренной кости полученной пресс-формой придавливают дозу костного цемента, замешанного с антибиотиком, до его затвердевания, далее следующую дозу костного цемента (с антибиотиком) на стадии полимеризации прикладывают к проксимальному отделу большой берцовой кости, адаптируют рабочую поверхность относительно бедренного компонента спейсера, сустав разгибают до 175°-180°, производят дистракцию до затвердевания цемента, причем учитывают натяжение боковых связок сустава и правильность оси нижней конечности.A method of manufacturing a knee joint spacer from bone cement, which consists in the fact that the spacer elements are made from bone cement with an antibiotic during surgery, characterized in that after removing the tibial component of the endoprosthesis and flexing the joint, bone cement is applied to the femoral component of the endoprosthesis during polymerization, and after it hardens, the obtained mold and the femoral component of the endoprosthesis are successively removed, then to the distal femur, the obtained mold the dose of bone cement mixed with the antibiotic is pressed until it hardens, then the next dose of bone cement (with the antibiotic) is applied to the proximal tibia at the polymerization stage, the working surface is adapted relative to the femoral component of the spacer, the joint is extended to 175 ° -180 °, produce distraction until the cement hardens, and the tension of the lateral ligaments of the joint and the correctness of the axis of the lower limb are taken into account.
