Claims (24)
1. Нейтральный электрод для воздействия током ВЧ на биологическую ткань, содержащий подложку (40), имеющую первую и вторую стороны; по меньшей мере один электрод (34, 34'), расположенный на первой стороне подложки (40); и материал с фазовым переходом (МФП) для поглощения теплоты, расположенный на второй стороне подложки (40), отличающийся тем, что материал с фазовым переходом по меньшей мере частично выполнен в виде блоков (37, 37'), расположенных на второй стороне подложки (40) по меньшей мере частично на расстоянии друг от друга с образованием проходов (38, 38').
2. Нейтральный электрод по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что содержит множество электродов (34, 34'), выполненных из алюминиевого сплава.
3. Нейтральный электрод по любому из пп. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что содержит токопроводящее вещество, в частности, выбранное из группы вязкоупругих жидкостей, например, гидрогель (36).
4. Нейтральный электрод по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что блоки (37, 37') представляют собой геометрические тела, предпочтительно многогранники.
5. Нейтральный электрод по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что блоки (37, 37') сужены в направлении от подложки.
6. Нейтральный электрод по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что проходы (38, 38'), ограниченные блоками (37, 37'), предпочтительно расположены по всей подложке (40) вдоль прямых линий.
7. Нейтральный электрод по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что блоки (37, 37') имеют одинаковую форму и расположены на подложке (40) предпочтительно на одинаковом расстоянии друг от друга и/или с одинаковым смещением относительно друг друга.
8. Нейтральный электрод по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере некоторые блоки (37, 37') содержат термохромные красители и/или цветные пигменты.
9. Нейтральный электрод по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере некоторые блоки (37, 37') содержат первый предпочтительно нижний слой (37а), имеющий первый материал с фазовым переходом, и второй предпочтительно верхний слой (37с), имеющий второй материал с фазовым переходом, причем первый материал с фазовым переходом имеет температуру плавления выше, в частности, на 5% и/или по меньшей мере на 10%, чем температура плавления второго материала с фазовым переходом.
10. Электрохирургическая система для коагуляции и/или разрезания ткани, содержащая:
нейтральный электрод (30) по любому из пп. 1-9;
по меньшей мере один электрохирургический, в частности, однополюсный инструмент (20);
ВЧ генератор, соединенный с нейтральным электродом (30) и с по меньшей мере одним инструментом (20).
11. Способ изготовления нейтрального электрода, в частности, нейтрального электрода (30) по пп. 1-9, содержащий этапы, на которых
изготавливают подложку (40);
размещают литейную форму (50), по меньшей мере частично открытую снизу, на подложке (40), причем литьевая форма (50) содержит множество сегментов (52, 52') для изготовления блоков (37, 37'), которые отделены от смежных сегментов (52, 52') перегородками (51, 51');
нагревают материал с фазовым переходом (МФП) так, что он по меньшей мере частично становится жидким;
вводят нагретый материал с фазовым переходом в литейную форму (50);
удаляют литейную форму (50).
12. Способ по п. 11, отличающийся тем, что на этапе изготовления подложки (40) наносят по меньшей мере один электрод (34, 34') на пленку, в частности, ПЭТ-подложку (33) и наносят, предпочтительно наклеивают, волокнистую структуру, в частности, нетканую основу (32) на указанную пленку со стороны, обращенной в сторону от электрода (34, 34').
13. Способ по п. 12, отличающийся тем, что выбирают такую волокнистую структуру и вводят материал с фазовым переходом в литейную форму (50) так, чтобы между этим материалом и указанной пленкой образовалось неразъемное соединение.
14. Способ по любому из пп. 11-13, отличающийся тем, что в литейную форму (50) последовательно вводят несколько различных материалов с фазовым переходом, которые отличаются друг от друга температурой плавления.
15. Способ по любому из пп. 11-13, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере один материал с фазовым переходом выполнен в виде губчатой полимерной структуры.
16. Способ по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере один материал с фазовым переходом выполнен в виде губчатой полимерной структуры.
