Claims (26)
1. Интегрированная система для оценки состояния и управления конструктивной платформой или множеством платформ, содержащая:
систему контроля степени исправности конструкции (SHM), содержащую:
множество преобразователей, включающих в себя множество пар исполнительных механизмов и датчиков,
устройство генератора, выполненное с возможностью возбуждать, по меньшей мере, один из упомянутых датчиков, чтобы вырабатывать ультразвуковые направляемые волны, и
устройство сигнального процессора, выполненное с возможностью принимать сигналы, отраженные от идентификации повреждений;
систему контроля рабочих нагрузок (OLM), содержащую параметрические модели, использующие данные параметров полетов;
подсистему анализа статических характеристик, усталостных характеристик и устойчивости к повреждениям (FDTA), выполненную с возможностью использовать параметрические модели с использованием результатов моделей конечных элементов и координатной сетки;
банк данных, хранящий план технического обслуживания, содержащий периоды проверки и задачи конструктивной платформы или множества платформ; и
подсистему, выполненную с возможностью управления повреждениями и ремонтом (iSRM).
2. Интегрированная система по п. 1, причем система является исключительно одним блоком управления.
3. Интегрированная система по п. 1, причем блок управления разделен для SHM, OLM, WAS и FDTA.
4. Интегрированная система по п. 1, причем система выполнена с возможностью повторно оценивать периоды проверки на основе рабочих нагрузок.
5. Интегрированная система по п. 1, причем система выполнена с возможностью определять предупреждения для миссий тяжелых полетов.
6. Интегрированная система по п. 1, причем система выполнена с возможностью:
управлять информацией повреждения, ремонтов и технического обслуживания,
обеспечивать визуализацию и формирование докладов для повреждений и ремонтов для платформы и/или множества платформ, и
передавать предупреждения об интервалах между проверками для местоположения ремонта, на основе оценки состояния конструкции с использованием систем SHM и в рабочих нагрузках с использованием систем OLM с использованием анализа напряжений (FDTA).
7. Способ для оценки состояния и управления конструктивной платформой или множеством платформ, включая использование интегрированной системы, и содержащий:
обнаружение повреждения конструкции;
определение рабочих нагрузок и экстремальных событий;
выполнение анализа статических характеристик, усталостных характеристик и устойчивости к повреждениям; и
оценку плана технического обслуживания платформы.
8. Способ по п. 7, дополнительно включающий в себя выполнение настройки плана технического обслуживания и повторную оценку периодов проверки на основе рабочих нагрузок.
9. Способ по п. 7, дополнительно включающий в себя выполнение анализа, чтобы формировать предупреждения для миссий тяжелых полетов и тяжелой работы (WAS).
10. Способ по п. 7, дополнительно включающий в себя выполнение управления повреждениями и ремонтами конструкции на основе оценки состояния конструкции с использованием систем SHM и в рабочих нагрузках, формируемых посредством систем OLM с использованием анализа напряжений (FDTA).
11. Способ по п. 7, причем способ осуществляется, по меньшей мере, частично посредством, по меньшей мере, одного компьютера, включающего в себя процессор, устройство отображения и хранилище.
