Claims (11)

1. Виниловое напольное покрытие, включающее носитель, причем носитель включает нетканый слой волокон, включающий термопластичные волокна и высокомодульные нити, проходящие в продольном направлении винилового напольного покрытия, причем высокомодульные нити расположены на расстоянии друг от друга, предпочтительно на одинаковых расстояниях, и причем термопластичные волокна представляют собой термопластичные элементарные волокна.
2. Напольное покрытие по п. 1, в котором высокомодульные нити и нетканый слой волокон, включающий термопластичные волокна, соединены друг к другу с образованием интегрированного носителя.
3. Напольное покрытие по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором высокомодульные нити, проходящие в продольном направлении винилового напольного покрытия, имеют модуль упругости, составляющий, по меньшей мере, 1 ГПа, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, 5 ГПа, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, 10 ГПа, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, 15 ГПа, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, 20 ГПа, предпочтительнее, по меньшей мере, 25 ГПа.
4. Напольное покрытие по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором тип и количество высокомодульных нитей, проходящих в продольном направлении винилового напольного покрытия, выбраны так, что модуль упругости носителя составляет, по меньшей мере, 25 Н/5 см, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, 50 Н/5 см, предпочтительнее, по меньшей мере, 100 Н/5 см, еще предпочтительнее, по меньшей мере, 200 Н/5 см, наиболее предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, 250 Н/5 см, при определении как нагрузки при заданном удлинении, составляющем 2%, в соответствии со стандартом EN 29073-3 (08-1992).
5. Напольное покрытие по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором высокомодульные нити, проходящие в продольном направлении, не включены в сетку.
6. Напольное покрытие по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором высокомодульные нити, проходящие в продольном направлении винилового напольного покрытия, включены в сетку, причем уточные нити сетки изготовлены из полимера, температура плавления которого равна или составляет менее чем наименьшая температура плавления полимеров, содержащихся в термопластичных волокнах, включенных в нетканый слой волокон.
7. Напольное покрытие по п. 6, в котором уточные нити сетки изготовлены из полимера, температура плавления которого составляет, по меньшей мере, на 10°C, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, на 20°C, предпочтительнее, по меньшей мере, на 50°C менее чем наименьшая температура плавления полимеров, содержащихся в термопластичных волокнах, включенных в нетканый слой волокон.
8. Напольное покрытие по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором нетканый слой волокон включает однокомпонентные элементарные волокна двух типов, причем каждый тип однокомпонентных элементарных нитей состоит из полимеров отличающейся химической структуры, имеющих отличающуюся температуру плавления.
9. Напольное покрытие по п. 8, в котором температуры плавления полимеров, из которых состоят однокомпонентные элементарные волокна двух типов, различаются, по меньшей мере, на 10°C, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, на 20°C, предпочтительнее, по меньшей мере, на 50°C.
10. Напольное покрытие по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором нетканый слой волокон включает двухкомпонентные элементарные волокна, состоящие из двух полимеров отличающейся химической структуры, имеющих отличающуюся температуру плавления.
11. Напольное покрытие по п. 10, в котором температуры плавления полимеров, из которых состоят два компонента двухкомпонентных элементарных волокон, различаются, по меньшей мере, на 10°C, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, на 20°C, предпочтительнее, по меньшей мере, на 50°C.
