Способ снижения кровопотери при операции кесарева сечения, заключающийся в том, что при операции кесарева сечения после хирургического разреза на матке, извлечения плода и последа из полости матки к области перешейка матки с захватом ее связок и проходящих в них сосудов подводят пластиковую затягивающую петлю с замком, которую накладывают ниже разреза на матке, туго затягивают и фиксируют в замке, затем зашивают операционную рану на матке, после чего пластиковую петлю срезают ножницами и извлекают из брюшной полости.A method of reducing blood loss during cesarean section, which consists in the fact that during cesarean section after a surgical incision on the uterus, extraction of the fetus and the placenta from the uterine cavity, a plastic tightening loop with a lock is brought in to the area of the uterine isthmus with the capture of its ligaments and vessels passing through them, which is applied below the incision on the uterus, tightened and fixed in the lock, then the surgical wound on the uterus is sutured, after which the plastic loop is cut with scissors and removed from the abdominal cavity.
