Claims (26)

1. Катетер, содержащий:
удлиненный корпус, имеющий продольную ось; и
изгибаемый участок, имеющий опорный элемент, выполненный с возможностью термоактивации для принятия «обученной» формы; и
токопроводящий проводник, выполненный с возможностью подачи тока на опорный элемент.
2. Катетер по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий точечный электрод, выполненный с возможностью абляции ткани.
3. Катетер по п. 1, в котором опорный элемент включает в себя нитинол.
4. Катетер по п. 1, в котором токопроводящий проводник выполнен с возможностью нагревания опорного элемента.
5. Катетер по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий теплоизолирующий слой, покрывающий, по меньшей мере, участок опорного элемента.
6. Катетер по п. 1, в котором «обученная» форма проходит в одном измерении.
7. Катетер по п. 1, в котором «обученная» форма проходит в двух измерениях.
8. Катетер по п. 1, в котором «обученная» форма проходит в трех измерениях.
9. Катетер по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий второй опорный элемент, выполненный с возможностью термоактивации для принятия второй «обученной» формы.
10. Катетер по п. 9, в котором второй опорный элемент имеет, по меньшей мере, участок, расположенный дистально от первого опорного элемента.
11. Катетер по п. 9, в котором второй опорный элемент имеет, по меньшей мере, участок, одинаковый по протяженности с первым опорным элементом вдоль продольной оси.
12. Катетер по п. 9, дополнительно содержащий второй токопроводящий проводник, выполненный с возможностью подачи тока на второй опорный элемент.
13. Способ применения катетера по п. 1, включающий:
продвижение удлиненного корпуса и изгибаемого участка катетера по сосудистой сети пациента; и
активация токопроводящего проводника для нагревания опорного элемента, по меньшей мере, до его температуры перехода.
14. Способ по п. 13, дополнительно включающий:
обеспечение охлаждения опорного элемента до температуры ниже его температуры перехода; и
извлечение катетера из сосудистой сети пациента.
15. Способ по п. 14, в котором обеспечение охлаждения опорного элемента включает в себя деактивацию токопроводящего проводника.
16. Способ производства катетера по п. 1, включающий:
нагревание опорного элемента до его температуры фазы отжига и формирование опорного элемента в первую форму, пока он находится в своей фазе отжига; и
охлаждение опорного элемента до температуры ниже его температуры перехода и формирование опорного элемента во вторую форму.
17. Способ производства катетера по п. 16, в котором нагрев и охлаждение предшествуют сборке катетера.
