Abstract
a presente invenção trata-se de um cateter de ablação de radiofrequência de artéria pulmonar síncrono multipolo, em que um aparelho de ajuste é disposto em um cabo de controle; um corpo de cateter é oco, e uma cavidade é disposta no mesmo; um fio principal, um fio de captação de temperatura e um fio de tração são dispostos na cavidade; uma extremidade do corpo de cateter é flexível, e a extremidade flexível é conectada a um anel anelar; a outra extremidade do corpo de cateter é conectada ao cabo de controle; uma extremidade do fio de tração é conectada à extremidade flexível, e a outra extremidade do fio de tração é conectada ao aparelho de ajuste no cabo de controle, a tensão do fio de tração é ajustada através do aparelho de ajuste para alcançar controle radiano da extremidade flexível; um fio com memória de formato é disposto no anel anelar, uma extremidade do fio com memória de formato se estende para a extremidade do anel anelar e a outra extremidade do fio com memória de formato atravessa a raiz do anel anelar e é fixado na extremidade flexível do corpo de cateter; o anel anelar é dotado de um grupo de eletrodos com cada eletrodo conectado ao fio principal e ao fio de captação de temperatura; o fio principal e o fio de captação de temperatura atravessam o corpo de cateter e são eletricamente conectados ao cabo de controle.
