Claims (25)
1. Узел из армирующей муфты (1) и соединителя (20),
- причем соединитель (20) содержит соединительную трубу (22), и данная соединительная труба имеет на наружной стороне радиально вертикальную стенку (24), и данная стенка расширяется (26) в аксиальном направлении на радиальном расстоянии от наружной стороны соединительной трубы таким образом, что наружная сторона соединительной трубы (22), вертикальная стенка (24) и расширенная часть (26) охватывают кольцевое установочное пространство (28), в которое может непосредственно устанавливаться наружный конец трубопровода или сварочного устройства, и причем радиальное расстояние (d1) между расширенной частью стенки и наружной стороной соединительной трубы (22) в положении введения в установочное пространство является таким, что оно равно или больше, чем толщина стенки трубопровода или толщина сварочного устройства; и
- причем армирующая муфта (1) является по существу трубчатой и выполнена с возможностью размещения внутри соединительной трубы (22),
отличающийся тем, что армирующая муфта (1) содержит:
- щель (5), проходящую, по меньшей мере, в аксиальном направлении (7) армирующей муфты, причем данную щель (5) огранивают края (9) щели армирующей муфты, и данные края щели определяют промежуточное пространство, причем промежуточное пространство является переменным, поскольку муфта имеет гибкую и эластичную форму, причем размеры и форма армирующей муфты являются такими, что контур армирующей муфты может располагаться внутри соединительной трубы и находиться в плотном контакте с внутренней стенкой соединительной трубы.
2. Узел по п. 1, причем армирующая муфта включает наружный конец, имеющий край (11), причем в таком положении, где армирующая муфта собрана с соединителем, край (11) находится у или напротив аксиального наружного конца соединительной трубы (22) и содержит зубцы (13), выступающие выше аксиального наружного конца соединительной трубы, причем данные выступающие зубцы (13), в ситуации сборки с соединителем (20), когда край (11) армирующей муфты присоединяется к наружному концу соединительной трубы (22), образуют блокировку или фиксацию для цели размещения армирующей муфты в соединительной трубе (22), чтобы предотвращать, в дополнение к эластичной гибкости, отделение армирующей муфты от соединителя.
3. Узел по п. 2, причем, по меньшей мере, один из выступающих зубцов (13) включает крючкообразный элемент (91), направленный в соединительную трубу в ситуации сборки с соединителем.
4. Узел по п. 3, причем соединительная труба (22) соединителя (20) содержит, по меньшей мере, одно углубление (92), для размещения в нем крючкообразного элемента (91).
5. Узел, по меньшей мере, по одному из предшествующих пунктов, причем соединительная труба (22) имеет на своей внутренней части край (93), на который армирующая муфта (1), в ситуации сборки с соединителем, опирается в соединительной трубе.
6. Узел по п. 1, в котором армирующая муфта (1) и соединитель собираются в процессе изготовления соединителя.
7. Узел по п. 1, в котором армирующая муфта (1) и соединитель представляют собой отдельные модули, которые могут быть собраны в процессе присоединения к трубопроводу.
8. Узел по п. 1, в котором контур армирующей муфты (1) является коническим или включает коническую (40) и цилиндрическую (42) часть, причем внутренний диаметр (о2) соединительной трубы (20) увеличивается на наружном конце в направлении наружу.
9. Узел по п. 1, в котором армирующая муфта сформирована из слоя материала (3), содержащего армированную пластмассу, такую как PVDF, POM, PPSU или аналогичный материал, или металл.
10. Узел по п. 1, у которого контур включает коническую (40) и цилиндрическую часть (42).
11. Узел по п. 1, в котором, по меньшей мере, армирующая муфта имеет форму диаболо (72, 70, 73).
12. Узел по п. 1, в котором наружная поверхность армирующей муфты имеет рельефную структуру, предпочтительно состоящую из одной или более углубленных частей.
13. Армирующая муфта узла или для узла по п. 1.
14. Армирующая муфта по п. 13, которая имеет, по меньшей мере, частично конический контур.
15. Армирующая муфта по п. 13 или 14, которая включает непрерывную щель, проходящую в аксиальном направлении через муфту.
16. Способ сварки наружного конца трубопровода к узлу по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем данный способ включает следующие стадии, на которых:
вводят и помещают армирующую муфту (1) в соответствующее внутреннее пространство соединительной трубы (22) соединителя (20) таким образом, что контур армирующей муфты по существу плотно контактирует с внутренней стенкой соединительной трубы,
нагревают наружный конец трубопровода и/или нагревают соединительную трубу соединителя с использованием нагревательного устройства, такого как сварочная оправка, которое находится в трубопроводе и/или над наружным концом соединительной трубы,
помещают наружный конец трубопровода в установочное пространство соединителя над соединительной трубой (22) для сплавления наружного конца трубопровода с соединительной трубой соединителя и позволяют охладиться полученному плавлением соединению,
причем в течение, по меньшей мере, одного из: нагревания или введения, внутренняя стенка соединительной трубы (22) пластически деформируется вследствие приложенного тепла и/или механического давления, и
таким образом деформируют и, более конкретно, сжимают армирующую муфту, и удерживают наружный конец соединительной трубы, и в частности имеющей коническую форму наружный конец соединительной трубы, выровненным с армирующей муфтой в течение, по меньшей мере, одного из нагревания или введения.
