Claims (10)
1. Сальниковое уплотнительное устройство паровой турбины для предотвращения утечки пара из области вокруг ротора (10) турбины, содержащая
корпусной компонент (14) турбины, являющийся частью выпуска паровой турбины;
сальниковый несущий элемент (12), установленный на корпусном компоненте (14) турбины, имеющий множество уплотнительных колец (13), расположенных последовательно в осевом направлении (28) турбины для уплотнения ротора (10) турбины в осевом направлении (28) турбины, и
по меньшей мере две камеры (26), образованные в сальниковом несущем элементе (12) и обращенные к корпусному компоненту (14) турбины,
отличающаяся тем, что предусмотрен тепловой экран (16) для закрывания камеры (26) так, чтобы отделять камеру (26) от корпуса (14) турбины.
2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором тепловой экран (16) продолжается, по существу, в осевом направлении (28) турбины.
3. Устройство по п. 1, в котором тепловой экран (16) содержит болты (18), выполненные с возможностью и расположенные так, чтобы крепить тепловой экран (16) к сальниковому несущему элементу (12).
4. Устройство по п. 1, в котором тепловой экран (16) выполнен из нержавеющей стали.
5. Устройство по п. 1, содержащее три камеры (26), причем каждая камера (26) содержит тепловой экран (16).
6. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-5, в котором корпусной компонент (14) турбины и сальниковый несущий элемент (12) образуют часть выпуска (22) паровой турбины.
