Claims (5)
1. Способ обработки содержащей ртуть и кислые газы газовой смеси (1) с высоким содержанием углеводородов, в частности природного газа, согласно которому смесь подвергают абсорбционному отделению ртути (A), которому предшествует процесс влагоотделения (D), и последующей мокрой очистке от кислых газов (T), отличающийся тем, что подлежащую обработке газовую смесь (1, 2) между выходом с процесса влагоотделения (D) и подачей на абсорбционное отделение ртути (A) нагревают (E) по меньшей мере настолько, чтобы не допустить снижения температуры ниже точки росы для воды на стадии абсорбционного отделения ртути (A) и снижения температуры ниже точки росы для углеводородов на стадии мокрой очистки от кислых газов (T).
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что подлежащую обработке газовую смесь (1, 2) между выходом с процесса влагоотделения (D) и подачей на мокрую очистку от кислых газов (Т) нагревают (E) по меньшей мере на 5-30°C, предпочтительно по меньшей мере на 15-25°C.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что обрабатываемую газовую смесь (1, 2) нагревают (E) с помощью очищенной от кислых газов фракции (6), отбираемой с головы колонны мокрой очистки от кислых газов (T).
4. Способ по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что содержание ртути в обрабатываемой газовой смеси (1, 2) составляет от 1 до 1000 нг/Нм3.
5. Способ по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что содержание ртути в обрабатываемой газовой смеси (1, 2) составляет от 1 до 1000 нг/Нм3.
