Claims (11)

1. Светодиодный осветительный прибор, содержащий
печатную плату (ПП) планарной структуры;
светодиодный чип, установленный на поверхности ПП;
опору, связанную с другой поверхностью ПП; и
радиатор, который связан с опорой и предназначен для рассеивания тепла, выделяемого светодиодным чипом,
при этом опора содержит несплошное сквозное отверстие, проходящее через обе поверхности опоры, а
радиатор связан с опорой, когда часть радиатора, вставленного от поверхности опоры в указанное сквозное отверстие, входит в контакт с ПП.
2. Светодиодный осветительный прибор по п. 1, в котором радиатор содержит контур тепловой трубки типа пульсационной капиллярной трубки, причем контур тепловой трубки сформирован в виде капиллярных трубок, в которые введена рабочая текучая среда, и содержит теплопоглощающий участок, связанный с опорой для передачи тепла, и теплорассеивающий участок, конфигурированный для рассеяния тепла, поглощенного теплопоглощающим участком, при этом контур тепловой трубки связан с опорой, когда теплопоглощающий участок часть радиатора, вставленный от поверхности опоры в указанное сквозное отверстие, входит в контакт с ПП.
3. Светодиодный осветительный прибор по п. 1, в котором радиатор содержит теплоизлучающую конструкцию, выполненную из теплопроводного металла в виде проволоки или катушки.
4. Светодиодный осветительный прибор по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором опора и радиатор связаны друг с другом с помощью теплопроводного адгезива.
5. Светодиодный осветительный прибор по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором контур тепловой трубки имеет спиральную конфигурацию и расположен в виде петли, так чтобы формировать теплорассеивающий участок радиальной формы.
