resumo aparelho de iluminação de diodo emissor de luz (led) trata-se de um aparelho de iluminação de diodo emissor de luz (led) que inclui: uma placa de circuito impresso (pcb) que tem uma estrutura plana; um chip de led montado em uma superfície da pcb; um suporte acoplado a outra superfície da pcb; e um dissipador de calor que é acoplado ao suporte e dissipa o calor gerado no chip de led, em que o suporte compreende um orifício atravessante descontínuo que se estende ao longo de duas superfícies do suporte e o dissipador de calor é acoplado ao suporte quando uma porção do dissipador de calor inserida a partir de uma superfície do suporte no interior do orifício atravessante entra em contato com a pcb. 1/1
