Claims (18)
1. Облицовочный материал для трубопровода, причем облицовочный материал является инвертируемым для того, что быть вывернутым наизнанку для облицовки трубопровода, содержащий:
непроницаемый слой;
основную часть облицовочного материала, расположенную внутри непроницаемого слоя, причем основная часть облицовочного материала преобразуется в трубчатую форму путем сворачивания листа материала-основы, с его обеими периферическими концевыми частями, перекрывающими друг друга; и
трубчатый элемент, расположенный внутри основной части облицовочного материала.
2. Облицовочный материал по п. 1, в котором
диаметр трубчатого элемента больше, чем диаметр основной части облицовочного материала.
3. Облицовочный материал по п. 2, в котором
трубчатый элемент имеет ненатянутый участок; причем
ненатянутый участок не контактирует с образованным наложением внахлест участком, где обе периферические концевые части основной части облицовочного материала перекрывают друг друга.
4. Облицовочный материал по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором
основная часть облицовочного материала и трубчатый элемент соединены друг с другом с возможностью разъединения.
5. Облицовочный материал по п. 4, в котором
внутри основной части облицовочного материала, трубчатый элемент соединен с возможностью разъединения с внутренней поверхностью образованного наложением внахлест участка, причем обе периферические концевые части основной части облицовочного материала перекрывают друг друга.
6. Облицовочный материал по п. 1, в котором трубчатый элемент является трубчатотканым материалом.
7. Облицовочный материал по п. 6, в котором трубчатотканый материал выполнен без шва в осевом направлении трубчатотканого материала.
8. Облицовочный материал по п. 1, в котором непроницаемый слой включает в себя трубчатотканый материал, сотканный из синтетических нитей, причем наружная поверхность трубчатотканого материала выполнена с покрытием из термопластичной смолы.
9. Способ облицовки трубопровода, имеющего изогнутый участок, в котором:
осуществляют пропитку облицовочного материала по любому из пп. 1-8 отверждаемой смолой; и последующее инвертирование облицовочного материала для облицовки трубопровода.
