Claims (14)
1. Способ обработки силикатного минерала, причем указанный способ включает:
- первую стадию приготовления первой композиции, включающей смешанный ортосиликат магния и щелочного металла и, необязательно, либо (i) оксид магния, либо (ii) силикат щелочного металла, взаимодействием при температуре от 500 до 1200°C соединения карбоната щелочного металла, причем данное соединение представляет собой карбонат щелочного металла, бикарбонат щелочного металла или их смесь, с силикатом магния, причем молярное отношение соединения карбоната щелочного металла, выраженного в виде оксида щелочного металла формулы R2O, где R представляет собой щелочной металл, к силикату магния, выраженному в виде диоксида кремния формулы SiO2, составляет от 4:1 до 1:4, и
- вторую стадию контакта первой композиции с водой с получением второй композиции, включающей аморфный гидрат силиката магния (M-S-H).
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором M-S-H представлен формулой оксида в форме pMgO·SiO2·qH2O, где p равно от 0,5 до 2,0 и q равно от 1 до 4.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором силикат магния представляет собой силикат магния, в котором молярное отношение оксида магния к диоксиду кремния составляет от 0,5 до 3.
4. Способ по любому из п.п. 1 и 2, в котором силикат магния включает породу на основе силиката магния, включающую силикат магния общего состава
m(MgO)·t(QO)·SiO2·xH2O,
где m равно от 0,5 до 3, t меньше или равно 1, x равен от нуля до 2 и Q представляет металл или металлы, отличные от магния.
5. Способ по п. 4, в котором Q представляет железо, никель и/или хром, причем данный способ дополнительно включает выделение соединения железа, никеля и/или хрома.
6. Способ по п. 1, который дополнительно включает последующую стадию выделения или получения оксида магния, гидроксида магния или силиката щелочного металла из второй композиции.
7. Способ по п. 1, который дополнительно включает последующую стадию, в которой вторую композицию карбонизируют с получением третьей композиции, включающей соединение карбоната магния.
8. Способ по п. 7, который дополнительно включает последующую стадию, в которой карбонат магния из третьей композиции прокаливают, получая четвертую композицию, включающую оксид магния.
9. Способ по п. 7, в котором карбонизацию второй композиции проводят во второй подстадии после первой подстадии, в течение которой вторую композицию формируют формованием или прессованием с получением формованного изделия, в результате чего получают карбонизированное формованное изделие.
10. Карбонизированное формованное изделие, полученное способом по п. 9.
