Claims (18)
1. Способ получения черновой меди, включающий следующие стадии:
в производственном устройстве смешивают медеплавильный расплавленный шлак, углеродсодержащий восстановитель и сжатый инертный газ с последующей реакцией для получения черновой меди и послереакционного шлака, причем инертный газ имеет давление от 100 кПа до 800 кПа.
2. Способ получения по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что производственное устройство включает в себя:
корпус печи, причем корпус печи содержит внутри себя ванну расплава и снабжен газовым соплом, загрузочным отверстием, каналом выпуска черновой меди и каналом выпуска шлака;
при этом газовое сопло размещено на боковой стенке корпуса печи и направлено на срединную часть ванны расплава.
3. Способ получения по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что медеплавильный расплавленный шлак и углеродсодержащий восстановитель вводят в производственное устройство через загрузочное отверстие посредством желоба соответственно;
инертный газ подают в производственное устройство через газовое сопло.
4. Способ получения по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что корпус печи снабжен топливной горелкой на верху;
в топливную горелку вводят топливо и интенсификатор горения.
5. Способ получения по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что интенсификатор горения представляет собой промышленный газообразный кислород с концентрацией кислорода свыше 95% по весу.
6. Способ получения по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что инертный газ представляет собой газообразный азот.
7. Способ получения по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что медеплавильный расплавленный шлак находится при температуре от 1050°С до 1350°С.
8. Способ получения по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем,
что углеродсодержащий восстановитель представляет собой по меньшей мере один из кокса и угля.
9. Способ получения по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что массовое отношение содержания углерода в углеродсодержащем восстановителе к содержанию кислорода в медеплавильном расплавленном шлаке составляет (0,1-0,35):1.
10. Производственное устройство для применения при получении черновой меди, включающее в себя:
корпус печи, причем корпус печи содержит внутри себя ванну расплава и снабжен газовым соплом, загрузочным отверстием, каналом выпуска черновой меди и каналом выпуска шлака;
при этом газовое сопло размещено на боковой стенке корпуса печи и направлено на срединную часть ванны расплава.
