Claims (1)

Способ хирургического лечения приобретенной атрезии наружного слухового прохода, включающий заушный разрез, отсепаровку кожи задней и передней стенки наружного слухового прохода, удаление фиброзной ткани атрезии, отличающийся тем, что отсепаровку кожи задней и передней стенки наружного слухового прохода производят по границе фиброзных тканей и формируют передний и задний лоскуты на питающей ножке, затем производят расширение просвета наружного слухового прохода путем частичного удаления его передней костной стенки, а также частично нижней и верхней стенок, после чего сформированные ранее кожные лоскуты укладывают на переднюю и заднюю костные стенки наружного слухового прохода до барабанной перепонки.A method for surgical treatment of acquired atresia of the external auditory canal, including a behind-the-ear incision, separation of the skin of the posterior and anterior walls of the external auditory canal, removal of fibrous tissue of atresia, characterized in that the separation of the skin of the posterior and anterior walls of the external auditory canal is performed along the border of the fibrous tissues and form the anterior and the posterior flaps on the feeding leg, then produce an expansion of the lumen of the external auditory meatus by partially removing its front bone wall, as well as partially bottom and top walls, after which the skin flaps formed previously laid on the front and rear bony wall of the external auditory canal to the tympanic membrane.
