Claims (17)
1. Устройство для распределения гидрофобного материала в подложке, содержащее
первый валик;
второй валик, выполненный с возможностью взаимодействия с первым валком с формированием зазора;
первый нагреватель, функционально связанный с первым валиком и выполненный с возможностью нагревания первого валика до первой температуры, которая больше, чем вторая температура второго валика; и
транспортер для подложки, выполненный с возможностью перемещения подложки через зазор с заданной скоростью для обеспечения возможности взаимодействия первого валика с первой стороной подложки и второго валика с второй стороной подложки, причем вторая сторона подложки несет на себе гидрофобный материал, который проникает в подложку в ответ на действие температурного градиента в зазоре между первым валиком и вторым валиком.
2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором гидрофобный материал содержит воск.
3. Устройство по п. 1, в котором гидрофобный материал содержит чернила с фазовым переходом.
4. Устройство по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее второй нагреватель, расположенный на транспортере для подложки перед зазором и выполненный с возможностью нагревания подложки до заданной температуры.
5. Устройство по п. 1, в котором транспортер для подложки дополнительно содержит исполнительно-приводной механизм, выполненный с возможностью вращения первого валика и второго валика с заданной скоростью.
6. Устройство по п. 1,в котором первая температура находится в диапазоне приблизительно 70-140°C.
7. Устройство по п. 1, в котором заданная скорость обеспечивает возможность нахождения заданной части подложки в зазоре в диапазоне времен приблизительно от 0,1 с до 10 с.
8. Устройство по п. 1, в котором второй валик выполнен с возможностью взаимодействия с первым валиком с заданным давлением в зазоре, которое обеспечивает проникновение гидрофобного материала в подложку.
9. Устройство по п. 8, в котором заданное давление находится в диапазоне приблизительно от 800 фунтов на кв. дюйм (5516 кПа) до 3000 фунтов на кв. дюйм (20684 кПа).
10. Способ распределения гидрофобного материала в подложке, включающий этапы, в которых
вызывают взаимодействие первого валика с вторым валиком с формированием зазора,
нагревают первый валик посредством первого нагревателя, функционально связанного с первым валиком, нагревающего первый валик до первой температуры, которая больше чем вторая температура второго валика, и
перемещают подложку, имеющую первую сторону и вторую сторону, через зазор с заданной скоростью посредством транспортера для подложки для обеспечения возможности взаимодействия первого валика с первой стороной подложки и второго валика с второй стороной подложки, причем указанная вторая сторона подложки несет на себе гидрофобный материал, который проникает в подложку в ответ на действие температурного градиента в зазоре между первым валиком и вторым валиком.
