Abstract
1. Способ изготовления медицинского устройства, включающий в себя следующие этапы:обеспечение элемента имплантата; ивоздействие на элемент имплантата подверженного биологической коррозии металла по меньшей мере при одном способе нанесения покрытия осаждением из паров или способе химического осаждения для формирования элемента стента на поверхности элемента имплантата.2. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий этапы обеспечения маски для осаждения и наложения маски для осаждения на поверхность элемента имплантата.3. Способ по п. 1, в котором подверженный биологической коррозии металл содержит железо и магний.4. Способ по п. 1, в котором элемент имплантата содержит вспененный политетрафторэтилен.5. Способ по п. 1, в котором элемент имплантата содержит биоабсорбируемый полимер.6. Способ по п. 1, в котором элемент имплантата обладает трубчатой формой, образующей просвет.7. Медицинское устройство, содержащее:каркас, содержащий подверженный биологической коррозии металл; иполимерную мембрану.8. Медицинское устройство по п. 7, в котором полимерная мембрана представляет собой имплантат.9. Медицинское устройство по п. 8, причем медицинское устройство представляет собой стент-графт.10. Медицинское устройство по п. 7, в котором каркас включает уплотнительный каркас, и мембрана включает уплотнительную мембрану, причем устройство имплантируется в желудочно-кишечный тракт.11. Медицинское устройство по п. 7, причем медицинское устройство используется в одной из процедур колостомии и илеостомии.12. Устройство по п. 7, в котором полимерный материал содержит вспененный политетрафторэтилен.13. Устройство по п. 7, в котором полимерный материал содержит
Claims (17)
1. Способ изготовления медицинского устройства, включающий в себя следующие этапы:
обеспечение элемента имплантата; и
воздействие на элемент имплантата подверженного биологической коррозии металла по меньшей мере при одном способе нанесения покрытия осаждением из паров или способе химического осаждения для формирования элемента стента на поверхности элемента имплантата.
2. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий этапы обеспечения маски для осаждения и наложения маски для осаждения на поверхность элемента имплантата.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором подверженный биологической коррозии металл содержит железо и магний.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором элемент имплантата содержит вспененный политетрафторэтилен.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором элемент имплантата содержит биоабсорбируемый полимер.
6. Способ по п. 1, в котором элемент имплантата обладает трубчатой формой, образующей просвет.
7. Медицинское устройство, содержащее:
каркас, содержащий подверженный биологической коррозии металл; и
полимерную мембрану.
8. Медицинское устройство по п. 7, в котором полимерная мембрана представляет собой имплантат.
9. Медицинское устройство по п. 8, причем медицинское устройство представляет собой стент-графт.
10. Медицинское устройство по п. 7, в котором каркас включает уплотнительный каркас, и мембрана включает уплотнительную мембрану, причем устройство имплантируется в желудочно-кишечный тракт.
11. Медицинское устройство по п. 7, причем медицинское устройство используется в одной из процедур колостомии и илеостомии.
12. Устройство по п. 7, в котором полимерный материал содержит вспененный политетрафторэтилен.
13. Устройство по п. 7, в котором полимерный материал содержит биоабсорбируемый полимер.
14. Стент-графт, содержащий:
трубчатый элемент имплантата со стенкой, образующей поверхность просвета и внешнюю поверхность; и
элемент стента, расположенный по периферии и аксиально поверх по меньшей мере участка внешней поверхности и образованный структурой из биологически совместимого металла, расположенного на поверхности трубчатого элемента имплантата посредством способа нанесения осаждения.
15. Стент-графт по п. 14, в котором подверженный биологической коррозии металл содержит железо и магний.
16. Стент-графт по п. 14, в котором трубчатый элемент имплантата содержит биоабсорбируемый полимер.
17. Стент-графт по п. 14, в котором трубчатый элемент имплантата содержит вспененный политетрафторэтилен.
