Abstract
1. Устанавливаемое на глазу устройство, содержащее:прозрачный полимерный материал, имеющий вогнутую поверхность и выпуклую поверхность, причем вогнутая поверхность выполнена съемно устанавливаемой поверх роговичной поверхности, а выпуклая поверхность выполнена совместимой с движением век, когда вогнутая поверхность установлена таким образом;подложку, по меньшей мере частично заделанную внутри полимерного материала;антенну, расположенную на подложке;двухэлектродный электрохимический датчик, расположенный на подложке и включающий в себя:рабочий электрод, имеющий по меньшей мере один размер менее чем 25 микрометров; иэлектрод сравнения, имеющий по меньшей мере в пять раз большую площадь, чем площадь рабочего электрода; иконтроллер, электрически соединенный с электрохимическим датчиком и антенной, причем контроллер выполнен с возможностью: (i) прикладывания напряжения между рабочим электродом и электродом сравнения, достаточного для генерации амперометрического тока, связанного с концентрацией аналита в текучей среде, воздействию которой подвергается устанавливаемое на глазу устройство; (ii) измерения этого амперометрического тока; и (iii) использования антенны для выдачи показаний измеренного амперометрического тока,причем часть прозрачного полимерного материала по меньшей мере частично окружает рабочий электрод и электрод сравнения так, что электрический ток, переносимый между рабочим электродом и электродом сравнения, проходит через эту по меньшей мере частично окружающую часть прозрачного полимерного материала.2. Claims (22)
1. Устанавливаемое на глазу устройство, содержащее:
прозрачный полимерный материал, имеющий вогнутую поверхность и выпуклую поверхность, причем вогнутая поверхность выполнена съемно устанавливаемой поверх роговичной поверхности, а выпуклая поверхность выполнена совместимой с движением век, когда вогнутая поверхность установлена таким образом;
подложку, по меньшей мере частично заделанную внутри полимерного материала;
антенну, расположенную на подложке;
двухэлектродный электрохимический датчик, расположенный на подложке и включающий в себя:
рабочий электрод, имеющий по меньшей мере один размер менее чем 25 микрометров; и
электрод сравнения, имеющий по меньшей мере в пять раз большую площадь, чем площадь рабочего электрода; и
контроллер, электрически соединенный с электрохимическим датчиком и антенной, причем контроллер выполнен с возможностью: (i) прикладывания напряжения между рабочим электродом и электродом сравнения, достаточного для генерации амперометрического тока, связанного с концентрацией аналита в текучей среде, воздействию которой подвергается устанавливаемое на глазу устройство; (ii) измерения этого амперометрического тока; и (iii) использования антенны для выдачи показаний измеренного амперометрического тока,
причем часть прозрачного полимерного материала по меньшей мере частично окружает рабочий электрод и электрод сравнения так, что электрический ток, переносимый между рабочим электродом и электродом сравнения, проходит через эту по меньшей мере частично окружающую часть прозрачного полимерного материала.
2. Устанавливаемое на глазу устройство по п. 1, причем электрохимический датчик заделан внутри прозрачного полимерного материала так, что измеренный амперометрический ток основан на количестве аналита, которое диффундирует через прозрачный полимерный материал, вызывая электрохимическую реакцию на рабочем электроде.
3. Устанавливаемое на глазу устройство по п. 1, причем рабочий электрод помещен достаточно близко к вогнутой поверхности для обнаружения количества аналита, растворенного в слое слезной пленки, расположенном между роговичной поверхностью и вогнутой поверхностью, когда прозрачный полимерный материал установлен поверх роговичной поверхности.
4. Устанавливаемое на глазу устройство по п. 1, причем рабочий электрод представляет собой микроэлектрод, имеющий по меньшей мере один размер, приблизительно равный 10 микрометрам.
5. Устанавливаемое на глазу устройство по п. 1, причем рабочий электрод представляет собой микроэлектрод, имеющий по меньшей мере один размер менее чем 10 микрометров.
6. Устанавливаемое на глазу устройство по п. 1, причем и рабочий электрод, и электрод сравнения расположены на подложке так, чтобы быть приблизительно компланарными.
7. Устанавливаемое на глазу устройство по п. 1, причем рабочий электрод расположен на подложке на более близком расстоянии к вогнутой поверхности, чем электрод сравнения, так что рабочий электрод и электрод сравнения не компланарны.
8. Устанавливаемое на глазу устройство по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее реагент, который избирательно реагирует с аналитом, причем реагент локализован близко к рабочему электроду.
9. Устанавливаемое на глазу устройство по п. 8, причем реагент локализован вдали от электрода сравнения.
10. Устанавливаемое на глазу устройство по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее источник питания, расположенный на подложке и электрически соединенный с антенной и контроллером, причем источник питания выполнен с возможностью преобразования энергии из радиочастотного излучения, принимаемого антенной, в электрическую энергию и подачи электрической энергии на контроллер.
11. Устанавливаемое на глазу устройство по п. 1, причем контроллер выполнен с возможностью выдачи показаний измеренного амперометрического тока посредством модулирования импеданса антенны.
12. Устанавливаемое на глазу устройство по п. 1, причем электрохимический датчик помещен на установочную поверхность подложки близко к вогнутой поверхности полимерного материала.
13. Устанавливаемое на глазу устройство по п. 1, причем полимерный материал представляет собой практически прозрачную линзу для коррекции зрения и имеет такую форму, чтобы обеспечивать заранее заданную корректирующую зрение оптическую силу.
14. Система, содержащая:
устанавливаемое на глазу устройство, включающее в себя:
прозрачный полимерный материал, имеющий вогнутую поверхность и выпуклую поверхность, причем вогнутая поверхность выполнена съемно устанавливаемой поверх роговичной поверхности, а выпуклая поверхность выполнена совместимой с движением век, когда вогнутая поверхность установлена таким образом;
подложку, по меньшей мере частично заделанную внутри полимерного материала;
антенну, расположенную на подложке;
двухэлектродный электрохимический датчик, расположенный на подложке и включающий в себя:
рабочий электрод, имеющий по меньшей мере один размер менее чем 25 микрометров; и
электрод сравнения, имеющий по меньшей мере в пять раз большую площадь, чем площадь рабочего электрода; и
контроллер, электрически соединенный с электрохимическим датчиком и антенной, причем контроллер выполнен с возможностью: (i) прикладывания напряжения между рабочим электродом и электродом сравнения, достаточного для генерации амперометрического тока, связанного с концентрацией аналита в текучей среде, воздействию которой подвергается устанавливаемое на глазу устройство; (ii) измерения этого амперометрического тока; и (iii) использования антенны для выдачи показаний измеренного амперометрического тока,
причем часть прозрачного полимерного материала окружает рабочий электрод и электрод сравнения так, что электрический ток, переносимый между рабочим электродом и электродом сравнения, проходит через эту по меньшей мере частично окружающую часть прозрачного полимерного материала; и
устройство считывания, включающее в себя:
одну или более антенн, выполненных с возможностью:
передачи радиочастотного излучения для питания устанавливаемого на глазу устройства и
приема показаний измеренного амперометрического тока посредством обратно рассеянного излучения, принимаемого упомянутыми одной или более антеннами; и
систему обработки, выполненную с возможностью определения значения концентрация аналита в слезной пленке на основании обратно рассеянного излучения.
15. Система по п. 14, причем рабочий электрод помещен достаточно близко к вогнутой поверхности для обнаружения количества аналита, растворенного в слое слезной пленки, расположенном между роговичной поверхностью и вогнутой поверхностью, когда прозрачный полимерный материал установлен поверх роговичной поверхности.
16. Система по п. 14, причем рабочий электрод представляет собой микроэлектрод, имеющий по меньшей мере один размер, приблизительно равный 10 микрометрам.
17. Система по п. 14, причем рабочий электрод представляет собой микроэлектрод, имеющий по меньшей мере один размер менее чем 10 микрометров.
18. Система по п. 14, причем и рабочий электрод, и электрод сравнения расположены на подложке так, чтобы быть приблизительно компланарными.
19. Система по п. 14, дополнительно содержащая реагент, который избирательно реагирует с аналитом, причем реагент локализован близко к рабочему электроду.
20. Система по п. 14, причем устанавливаемое на глазу устройство дополнительно включает в себя источник питания, расположенный на подложке и электрически соединенный с антенной и контроллером, причем источник питания выполнен с возможностью преобразования энергии из радиочастотного излучения, принимаемого антенной, в электрическую энергию и подачи электрической энергии на контроллер, причем контроллер выполнен с возможностью выдачи показаний измеренного амперометрического тока посредством регулировки импеданса антенны, содержащейся в устанавливаемом на глазу устройстве, и
причем устройство считывания выполнено с возможностью беспроводного восприятия импеданса упомянутой антенны.
21. Способ, содержащий:
прикладывание напряжения между рабочим электродом и электродом сравнения, достаточного для того, чтобы вызывать электрохимические реакции на рабочем электроде, причем рабочий электрод и электрод сравнения встроены в устанавливаемое на глазу устройство, имеющее вогнутую поверхность и выпуклую поверхность, причем вогнутая поверхность выполнена съемно устанавливаемой поверх роговичной поверхности, а выпуклая поверхность выполнена совместимой с движением век, когда вогнутая поверхность установлена таким образом, причем рабочий электрод имеет по меньшей мере один размер менее чем 25 микрометров, а электрод сравнения имеет по меньшей мере в пять раз большую площадь, чем площадь рабочего электрода, и при этом рабочий электрод и электрод сравнения размещены в устанавливаемом на глазу устройстве так, что электрохимические реакции связаны с концентрацией аналита в текучей среде, воздействию которой подвергается устанавливаемое на глазу устройство;
при приложении упомянутого напряжения измерение амперометрического тока через рабочий электрод, причем устанавливаемое на глазу устройство включает в себя полимерный материал с частью, которая по меньшей мере частично окружает рабочий электрод и электрод сравнения так, что электрический ток, переносимый между рабочим электродом и электродом сравнения, проходит через эту по меньшей мере частично окружающую часть; и
беспроводную выдачу показаний измеренного амперометрического тока посредством антенны, встроенной в устанавливаемое на глазу устройство.
22. Способ по п. 21, причем рабочий электрод представляет собой микроэлектрод, имеющий по меньшей мере один размер, меньший чем или приблизительно равный 10 микрометрам.
