1. Способ удаления тяжелых углеводородов из исходного потока природного газа, включающий стадии:охлаждения исходного потока природного газа;введения охлажденного исходного потока природного газа в систему разделения газ-жидкость и разделения охлажденного исходного потока природного газа на паровой поток природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, и на поток жидкости, обогащенной тяжелыми углеводородами;нагревания парового потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами;пропускания по меньшей мере части парового потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, через один или несколько слоев адсорбционной системы для адсорбирования из него тяжелых углеводородов с получением таким образом потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами; иохлаждения по меньшей мере части потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, с получением охлажденного потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами;где паровой поток природного газа, обедненный тяжелыми углеводородами, нагревают и по меньшей мере часть потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, охлаждают в экономайзере-теплообменнике путем косвенного теплообмена между исходным паровым потоком природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, и по меньшей мере части потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами.2. Claims (12)
1. Способ удаления тяжелых углеводородов из исходного потока природного газа, включающий стадии:
охлаждения исходного потока природного газа;
введения охлажденного исходного потока природного газа в систему разделения газ-жидкость и разделения охлажденного исходного потока природного газа на паровой поток природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, и на поток жидкости, обогащенной тяжелыми углеводородами;
нагревания парового потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами;
пропускания по меньшей мере части парового потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, через один или несколько слоев адсорбционной системы для адсорбирования из него тяжелых углеводородов с получением таким образом потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами; и
охлаждения по меньшей мере части потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, с получением охлажденного потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами;
где паровой поток природного газа, обедненный тяжелыми углеводородами, нагревают и по меньшей мере часть потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, охлаждают в экономайзере-теплообменнике путем косвенного теплообмена между исходным паровым потоком природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, и по меньшей мере части потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором система разделения газ-жидкость содержит отпарную колонну или фазовый сепаратор.
3. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно представляющий собой способ получения потока сжиженного природного газа и дополнительно содержащий сжижение по меньшей мере части охлажденного потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, с получением потока сжиженного природного газа.
4. Способ по п. 3, в котором исходный поток природного газа охлаждают и по меньшей мере часть охлажденного потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, сжижают в сжижающем аппарате, причем исходный поток природного газа вводят в горячий конец сжижающего аппарата и выводят из промежуточного участка сжижающего аппарата, и по меньшей мере часть охлажденного потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, вводят в промежуточный участок сжижающего аппарата и выводят из холодного конца сжижающего аппарата.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором системой разделения газ-жидкость является отпарная колонна, причем способ дополнительно включает введение отпарного газа в отпарную колонну в участке ниже участка, в котором охлажденный исходный поток природного газа вводят в отпарную колонну.
6. Способ по п. 5, в котором отпарной газ содержит один или несколько газов, выбранных из группы, состоящей из: природного газа, отобранного из исходного потока природного газа до охлаждения указанного потока и введения в отпарную колонну; части потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, которую не охлаждают в экономайзере-теплообменнике; части потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, которую нагревают в экономайзере-теплообменнике; газа, полученного от повторного кипячения всего или части потока жидкости, обогащенной тяжелыми углеводородами; и мгновенно выделяющегося или кипящего отходящего газа, полученного из сжиженного природного газа.
7. Способ по п. 1, в котором адсорбционной системой является система адсорбции с перепадом температур, причем способ дополнительно включает регенерацию одного или нескольких слоев системы адсорбции с перепадом температур при пропускании через один или несколько слоев газа, выбранного из части потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, или мгновенно выделяющегося или кипящего отходящего газа, полученного из сжиженного природного газа, причем температура одного или нескольких слоев в процессе регенерации является выше температуры одного или нескольких слоев в процессе адсорбции тяжелых углеводородов из потока паров природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, или его части.
8. Способ по п. 7, дополнительно включающий охлаждение и разделение на жидкую и паровую фазы газа, полученного из одного или нескольких слоев системы адсорбции с перепадом температур в процессе регенерации указанных одного или нескольких слоев, и рециклирование паровой фазы в исходный поток природного газа до введения его в систему разделения газ-жидкость.
9. Способ по п. 7, в котором системой разделения газ-жидкость является отпарная колонна, причем способ дополнительно включает охлаждение и разделение на жидкую и паровую фазы газа, полученного из одного или нескольких слоев системы адсорбции с перепадом температур в процессе регенерации указанных одного или нескольких слоев, и введение паровой фазы в качестве отпарного газа в отпарную колонну в участке ниже участка, в котором охлажденный исходный поток природного газа вводят в отпарную колонну.
10. Способ по п. 1, в котором исходный поток природного газа является обедненным алифатическими углеводородами, имеющими от 3 до 5 атомов углерода суммарно, и/или является обедненным алифатическими углеводородами, имеющими от 2 до 5 атомов углерода суммарно.
11. Устройство для удаления тяжелых углеводородов из исходного потока природного газа и получения потока сжиженного природного газа, содержащее:
систему разделения газ-жидкость для приема и разделения исходного потока природного газа на паровой поток природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, и поток жидкости, обогащенной тяжелыми углеводородами;
адсорбционную систему в проточном текучем сообщении с системой разделения газ-жидкость для приема по меньшей мере части парового потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, содержащую один или несколько слоев адсорбента для адсорбирования тяжелых углеводородов из указанной по меньшей мере части парового потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, с получением таким образом потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами;
экономайзер-теплообменник для нагревания парового потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, до пропускания указанного потока или его части через один или несколько слоев адсорбционной системы и охлаждения по меньшей мере части потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, путем косвенного теплообмена между паровым потоком природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, и по меньшей мере частью потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами; и
сжижающий аппарат, соединенный в проточном текучем сообщении с системой разделения газ-жидкость и адсорбционной системой, для приема и охлаждения исходного потока природного газа до введения указанного потока в систему разделения газ-жидкость и для приема и сжижения по меньшей мере частью потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, с получением потока сжиженного природного газа, где поток природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, вводят в горячий конец сжижающего аппарата и выводят из промежуточного участка сжижающего аппарата, и по меньшей мере часть потока природного газа, обедненного тяжелыми углеводородами, вводят в промежуточный участок сжижающего аппарата и выводят из холодного конца сжижающего аппарата.
12. Устройство по п. 11, в котором система разделения газ-жидкость содержит отпарную колонну или фазовый сепаратор.
