Abstract
1. Композиция для получения напитков моментального приготовления, содержащая натуральный фруктовый компонент, биологически активные вещества и/или их источники, крахмал, связующий компонент, пищевую кислоту, углеводы, витамины и витаминоподобные вещества, ароматизатор, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно содержит ягодный компонент и/или овощной компонент, минеральные добавки, специи и/или пряности, причем в качестве связующего компонента используют зерновые культуры либо растительные или животные белки, а в качестве биологически активных веществ и/или их источников - пищевое и/или растительное лекарственное сырье, аминокислоты, флавоноиды, органические кислоты, при этом компоненты композиции взяты в следующем соотношении, мас. %:2. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что фруктовый компонент выбран из следующей группы: абрикосы, айва, алыча, ананасы, апельсины, бананы, грейпфруты, груши, гуава, инжир, кокосы, лайм, лимоны, манго, мандарины, маракуя, папайя, персики, сливы, хурма, чернослив, яблоки.3. Композиция по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что содержит фруктовый компонент в виде фруктового пюре, порошка, гранулята, сока, настоя, отвара, экстракта, сухого концентрата, кусочков цукатов.4. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что ягодный компонент выбран из следующей группы: арбуз, ацерола, барбарис, брусника, виноград, вишня, голубика, дыня, ежевика, земляника, клубника, гранат, киви, кизил, клюква, крыжовник, малина, облепиха, черноплодная рябина, смородина, терн, черника, шелковица, шиповник.5.
