Abstract
1. Отделочная панель (10) для интерьера (11) воздушного судна (E), имеющая многослойную структуру и содержащая:- наружный слой (12), изготовленный из материала, непроницаемого для воздуха, обращенного, при использовании, к фюзеляжу упомянутого воздушного судна (E);- внутренний слой (13), изготовленный из отделочного материала, и который, при использовании, определяет упомянутый интерьер (11);- конструкционный слой (14), расположенный между упомянутыми внутренним и наружным слоем (13, 12) и содержащий множество смежных ячеек (15), образующих соответствующие проходы (16) для воздуха; и- материал (17, 21), рассеивающий звуковую энергию, также расположенный между упомянутым внутренним (13) и наружным (12) слоем;упомянутый внутренний слой (13), изготовленный из пористого материала, позволяет воздушному потоку проходить к упомянутому материалу (17, 21), рассеивающему звуковую энергию;отличающаяся тем, что упомянутые ячейки (15) частично заполнены упомянутым материалом (21), рассеивающим звуковую энергию; причем упомянутый материал, рассеивающий звуковую энергию, образует дополнительный слой (17), расположенный между упомянутым конструкционным слоем (14) и упомянутым внутренним слоем (13); причем воздушный зазор обеспечен в каждой из упомянутых ячеек (15) упомянутого конструкционного слоя (14)между упомянутым дополнительным слоем (17) и упомянутым материалом (21), рассеивающим звуковую энергию, расположенным в упомянутых ячейках (15); причем упомянутая панель содержит, между упомянутым конструкционным слоем (14) и упомянутым дополнительным слоем (17), промежуточный слой (18), изготовленный из такого же материала, как и упомянутый наружный слой (12), и выполненный в виде решетки со сквозными отверстиями (20).2. Claims (5)
1. Отделочная панель (10) для интерьера (11) воздушного судна (E), имеющая многослойную структуру и содержащая:
- наружный слой (12), изготовленный из материала, непроницаемого для воздуха, обращенного, при использовании, к фюзеляжу упомянутого воздушного судна (E);
- внутренний слой (13), изготовленный из отделочного материала, и который, при использовании, определяет упомянутый интерьер (11);
- конструкционный слой (14), расположенный между упомянутыми внутренним и наружным слоем (13, 12) и содержащий множество смежных ячеек (15), образующих соответствующие проходы (16) для воздуха; и
- материал (17, 21), рассеивающий звуковую энергию, также расположенный между упомянутым внутренним (13) и наружным (12) слоем;
упомянутый внутренний слой (13), изготовленный из пористого материала, позволяет воздушному потоку проходить к упомянутому материалу (17, 21), рассеивающему звуковую энергию;
отличающаяся тем, что упомянутые ячейки (15) частично заполнены упомянутым материалом (21), рассеивающим звуковую энергию; причем упомянутый материал, рассеивающий звуковую энергию, образует дополнительный слой (17), расположенный между упомянутым конструкционным слоем (14) и упомянутым внутренним слоем (13); причем воздушный зазор обеспечен в каждой из упомянутых ячеек (15) упомянутого конструкционного слоя (14)
между упомянутым дополнительным слоем (17) и упомянутым материалом (21), рассеивающим звуковую энергию, расположенным в упомянутых ячейках (15); причем упомянутая панель содержит, между упомянутым конструкционным слоем (14) и упомянутым дополнительным слоем (17), промежуточный слой (18), изготовленный из такого же материала, как и упомянутый наружный слой (12), и выполненный в виде решетки со сквозными отверстиями (20).
2. Панель по п. 1, в которой упомянутым материалом (21), рассеивающим звуковую энергию, заполнена каждая из упомянутых ячеек (15) на две трети.
3. Панель по п. 1, в которой упомянутый материал (17, 21), рассеивающий звуковую энергию, является пеноматериалом.
4. Панель по п. 1, в которой упомянутый дополнительный слой (17) изготовлен из пеноматериала с открытыми порами.
5. Воздушное судно, имеющее интерьер (11), образованный отделочными панелями (10) по п. 1.
