processo para produzir um recipiente e recipiente. a presente invenção se refere a um processo para produzir um recipente (3) que separa um interior do recipiente (1) do meio externo (2) o qual, pelo menos parcialmente, é formado a partir de um compósito laminado (4), compreendendo as etapas de processo: (i) providenciar um compósito laminado (4) na forma de um precursor de recipiente para um único recipiente (3); (ii) formar o recipiente (3) a partir do percursor de recipiente; (iii) fechar o recipiente (3); em que o compósito laminado (4) compreende como constituintes do compósito: - uma camada polimérica externa (4_1) voltada para o meio externo (2); - uma camada suporte (4_2) em seguida à camada polimérica externa (4_1) na direção do interior do recipiente (1); - uma camada de barreira (4_3) em seguida à camada suporte (4_2) na direção do interior do recipiente (1); - uma camada adesiva (4_4) em seguida à camada de barreira (4_3) na direção do interior do recipiente (1); - uma camada polimérica interna (4_5) em seguida à camada adesiva (4_4) na direção do interior do recipiente (1); e em que o compósito laminado (4) é obtenível na forma de um precursor de recipiente por meio de um processo compreendendo as etapas de processo. a. providenciar um percursor de compósito contendo pelo menos a camada suporte (4_2); b. aplicar camada adesiva (4_4) e a camada polimérica interna (4_5) por extrusão com laminação; c. produzir um percursor de recipiente para um recipiente individual (3); em que, pelo menos, a camada polimérica interna (4_5) ou, pelo menos, a camada adesiva (4_4) ou, pelo menos, ambas são estiradas duante a aplicação, em que a camada suporte (4_2) possui um furo (5) que é coberto, com, pelo menos, a camada de barreira (4_3), a camada adesiva (4_4) e a camada polimérica interna (4_5), como camadas de cobertura do furo (6), e em que pelo menos uma das camadas de cobertura do furo (6) compreendendo um políemro estirado é submetida a tratamento térmico após a formação do percursor de recipiente.
