1. Claims (15)
1. Способ, включающий:
a) обеспечение множества полимерных волокон, характеризующихся наличием поверхностей, которые, по меньшей мере, частично покрыты защитным покрытием волокон;
b) удаление, по меньшей мере, части защитного покрытия волокон с поверхностей волокон;
c) необязательную обработку поверхностей волокон при условиях, эффективных для увеличения адсорбируемости впоследствии наносимого адсорбируемого вещества на поверхностях волокон;
d) необязательное нанесение адсорбируемого вещества, но меньшей мере, на часть, по меньшей мере, некоторых волокон; и
e) необязательное получение тканого или нетканого волокнистого композита из указанного множества волокон.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что удаление, по меньшей мере, части защитного покрытия волокон с поверхности волокон, по меньшей мере, частично открывает поверхности волокон, которые были ранее покрыты защитным покрытием волокон.
3. Способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что защитное покрытие волокон практически полностью или полностью удаляют с поверхностей волокон.

d) необязательное нанесение адсорбируемого вещества, по меньшей мере, на часть, по меньшей мере, некоторых волокон; и

11. Изделие по п. 10, отличающееся тем, что осуществлены стадии с) - е).
12. Изделие по п. 10, отличающееся тем, что осуществлена стадия с), не осуществлена стадия d), и осуществлена стадия е) посредством объединения нескольких волокон при помощи сплетения для получения тканого волокнистого композита, при этом адсорбируемое вещество наносят на поверхности волокон тканой ткани после стадии е).
13. Изделие по п. 10, отличающееся тем, что адсорбируемое вещество включает в себя смоляной или полимерный вяжущий материал.
14. Способ формирования волокнистого композита, содержащего волокна, характеризующиеся наличием покрытия, связанного непосредственно с их поверхностью, при этом способ включает: обеспечение множества полимерных волокон, характеризующихся наличием поверхностей, которые, по меньшей мере, частично не содержат защитного покрытия волокон, и/или обеспечение множества полимерных волокон, характеризующихся наличием поверхностей, которые, по меньшей мере, частично покрыты защитным покрытием волокон; удаление, по меньшей мере, части любого существующего защитного покрытия волокон с поверхностей волокон; необязательную обработку поверхностей волокон для улучшения связывания и/или адгезии впоследствии наносимого материала с поверхностями волокон; нанесение материала, по меньшей мере, на часть указанных волокон, чтобы, тем самым, связать и/или приклеить материал непосредственно на или к поверхностям волокон; необязательное получение множества тканых слоев и/или нетканых пластов на основе волокон из указанных волокон перед, во время и/или после нанесения указанного материала на указанные волокна; и необязательное скрепление указанного множества тканых слоев и/или нетканых пластов на основе волокон для получения волокнистого композита.
15. Волокнистый композит, полученный согласно способу по п. 14.
