Abstract
1. Контактирующий с раной элемент для терапии раны отрицательным давлением (NPWT), подобранный для уменьшения боли при удалении из раны, причем контактирующий с раной элемент включает сеть сжатых элементов, разделенных порами, а также по меньшей мере один атрибут, выбранный из группы, состоящей из:по меньшей мере 95% сжатых элементов, имеющих толщину от 0,007 до 0,5 мм, иодного или более сжатых элементов, имеющих толщину 0,23 мм или более, как измерено микрокомпьютерной томографией.2. Контактирующий с раной элемент по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что включает:по меньшей мере 95% сжатых элементов, имеющих толщину от 0,007 до 0,5 мм, иодин или более сжатых элементов, имеющих толщину 0,23 мм или более, как измерено микрокомпьютерной томографией.3. Claims (20)
1. Контактирующий с раной элемент для терапии раны отрицательным давлением (NPWT), подобранный для уменьшения боли при удалении из раны, причем контактирующий с раной элемент включает сеть сжатых элементов, разделенных порами, а также по меньшей мере один атрибут, выбранный из группы, состоящей из:
по меньшей мере 95% сжатых элементов, имеющих толщину от 0,007 до 0,5 мм, и
одного или более сжатых элементов, имеющих толщину 0,23 мм или более, как измерено микрокомпьютерной томографией.
2. Контактирующий с раной элемент по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что включает:
по меньшей мере 95% сжатых элементов, имеющих толщину от 0,007 до 0,5 мм, и
один или более сжатых элементов, имеющих толщину 0,23 мм или более, как измерено микрокомпьютерной томографией.
3. Контактирующий с раной элемент по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере 90% пор имеют диаметр от 2,3 до 5,5 мм.
4. Контактирующий с раной элемент по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что контактирующий с раной элемент имеет размер пор от 5 до 25 пор на дюйм.
5. Контактирующий с раной элемент по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере 10% сжатых элементов имеют толщину 0,23 мм или более.

8. Контактирующий с раной элемент по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что он способствует росту грануляционной ткани в раневом ложе одновременно с предотвращением или уменьшением врастания ткани в контактирующий с раной элемент.
9. Контактирующий с раной элемент по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что он является пеной.
10. Контактирующий с раной элемент по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что плотность контактирующего с раной элемента составляет от 0,03 до 0,04 г∙см-3.
11. Устройство для лечения ран человека или животного терапией раны отрицательным давлением (NPWT), включающее:
контактирующий с раной элемент по любому из предыдущих пунктов, и
покровный элемент, выполненный с возможностью формировать герметичную оболочку вокруг контактирующего с раной элемента, после того, как контактирующий с раной элемент накладывают на раневое ложе.
12. Устройство по п. 11, отличающееся тем, что дополнительно содержит соединительное устройство для размещения оболочки в жидкостном сообщении с источником вакуума.
13. Способ для лечения раны, включающий наложение контактирующего с раной элемента по любому из пп. 1-10 на раневое ложе.
14. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает стадию наложения покрытия над контактирующим с раной элементом с образованием герметичной оболочки.
15. Способ по пп. 13 или 14, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает стадию применения терапии раны отрицательным давлением (NPWT) к раневому ложу.
16. Способ по пп. 13 или 14, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает стадию способствования росту грануляционной ткани в раневом ложе одновременно с предотвращением или уменьшением врастания ткани в контактирующий элемент раны.
17. Способ по п. 15, отличающийся тем, что включает применение отрицательного давления к ране в течение по меньшей мере 72 часов в диапазоне от минус 40 мм рт.ст. до минус 200 мм рт.ст., причем отрицательное давление и контактирующий с раной элемент способствуют росту грануляционной ткани в ране, при этом отрицательное давление вызывает сжатие контактирующего с раной элемента для уменьшения объема пустот и увеличения объем сжатого элемента.
18. Способ по любому из пп. 13, 14 или 17, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно содержит удаление покрытия и контактирующего с раной элемента из раны и при этом усилие, требуемое для удаления контактирующего с раной элемента из раны, составляет менее чем 5 мН.
19. Способ по любому из пп. 13, 14 или 17, отличающийся тем, что приложение отрицательного давления к ране приводит к образованию контактирующим с раной элементом углубления в ткани раны глубиной от приблизительно 950 до приблизительно 1000 мкм.
20. Способ по любому из пп. 13, 14 или 17, отличающийся тем, что перед стадией применения отрицательного давления контактирующий с раной элемент имеет объем пор от приблизительно 90 до приблизительно 98% от общего объема, а после стадии применения отрицательного давления в течение по меньшей мере 72 часов, контактирующий с раной элемент имеет объем пор от приблизительно 70 до приблизительно 90% от общего объема.
