Способ уретропластики, включающий выделение васкуляризированного кожно-фасциального лоскута, сворачивание лоскута в виде трубки кожной выстилкой внутрь, выполнение анастомозов лоскута со структурами мочевого тракта, отличающийся тем, что в паховой области, в проекции поверхностной артерии, огибающей подвздошную кость с сопровождающими венами, формируют кожно-фасциальный лоскут, включая в состав забираемого лоскута сосудистый пучок с основанием в проксимальном направлении, при формировании лоскута в дистальной части, его выделяют в виде лепестка округлой формы, лоскут сворачивают таким образом, что наружное отверстие сформированной трубки формируют широким в паховой области в проекции центральной части сосудистого пучка, рассекают переднюю стенку мочевого пузыря в проекции нижнего полюса, свернутый в трубку кожно-фасциальный лоскут проводят в сформированное отверстие стенки мочевого пузыря, накладывают швы между внутренними слоями стенки мочевого пузыря и кожей кожно-фасциального лоскута, затягивают швы, внедряя дистальную часть лоскута с кожной площадкой в толщу стенки мочевого пузыря, формируя на выходе лоскута за пределы стенки мочевого пузыря изгиб по дуге за счет выделенного лепестка кожной площадки, между наружными слоями стенки мочевого пузыря с фасцией лоскута накладывают второй ряд швов, лоскут укладывают и фиксируют к окружающим тканям в виде дуги, продолжающей изгиб на уровне выхода лоскута из стенки мочевого пузыря, вторым этапом дистальную часть уретры выделяют в проксимальном направлении до уровня повреждения, проводят с огибанием кавернозного тела впереди и сбоку от лонного сочленения в направлении проксимальной части неоуретральной трубки, наружное отверстие проксимальной части неоуретральной трубки выделяют соразмерно внутреннему диаметру дистального отдела уретры и выполняют между ними анастомоз.
