Abstract

1. Система обработки отработавших газов для снижения содержания токсичных веществ, присутствующих в отработавших газах двигателей внутреннего сгорания, предпочтительно, дизельных двигателей, содержащая герметичный по газу и жидкостям корпус с, по меньшей мере, одним впускным отверстием и, по меньшей мере, одним выпускным отверстием, причем в корпусе расположены газонаправлющие элементы, при этом корпус окружает, по меньшей мере, одну камеру, в которой содержится материал катализатора и/или материал пылевого фильтра, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит элементы, улавливающие искры и/или гасящие искры.2. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что газонаправляющие элементы образованы параллельно проходящими разделительными стенками, которые предназначены для распределения отработавших газов на несколько частичных потоков.3. Система по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что вырабатывающие турбулентность элементы представляют собой выполненные в разделительных стенках проемы или желобы или расположенные между разделительными стенками, препятствующие прохождению потока элементы, места соударения или дополнительные направляющие пластины.4. Система по любому из пп.1-3, отличающаяся тем, что материал катализатора состоит из материала подложки катализатора с каталитически химической поверхностью или покрытием.5. Система по любому из пп.1-3, отличающаяся тем, что фильтр выполнен в виде пылевого фильтра.6. Claims (12)

1. Система обработки отработавших газов для снижения содержания токсичных веществ, присутствующих в отработавших газах двигателей внутреннего сгорания, предпочтительно, дизельных двигателей, содержащая герметичный по газу и жидкостям корпус с, по меньшей мере, одним впускным отверстием и, по меньшей мере, одним выпускным отверстием, причем в корпусе расположены газонаправлющие элементы, при этом корпус окружает, по меньшей мере, одну камеру, в которой содержится материал катализатора и/или материал пылевого фильтра, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит элементы, улавливающие искры и/или гасящие искры.
2. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что газонаправляющие элементы образованы параллельно проходящими разделительными стенками, которые предназначены для распределения отработавших газов на несколько частичных потоков.
3. Система по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что вырабатывающие турбулентность элементы представляют собой выполненные в разделительных стенках проемы или желобы или расположенные между разделительными стенками, препятствующие прохождению потока элементы, места соударения или дополнительные направляющие пластины.
4. Система по любому из пп.1-3, отличающаяся тем, что материал катализатора состоит из материала подложки катализатора с каталитически химической поверхностью или покрытием.
5. Система по любому из пп.1-3, отличающаяся тем, что фильтр выполнен в виде пылевого фильтра.
6. Система по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что несколько камер с катализаторами для селективного каталитического восстановления расположены одна за другой.
7. Система по п.5, отличающаяся тем, что несколько камер с фильтрами расположены одна за другой.
8. Система по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что разделительные стенки выполнены из металлических листов или металлической фольги или керамических элементов или комбинации указанных выше материалов.
9. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно содержит, по меньшей мере, один звукоизоляционный элемент.
10. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит один первый участок, на котором расположен катализатор окисления, и один второй участок, на котором расположен пылевой фильтр.
11. Система по п.5, отличающаяся тем, что в пылевом фильтре пористость стенок, через которые проводятся отработавшие газы, выбрана так, что отфильтровываются еще присутствующие частицы искр.
12. Система по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что фильтр выполнен в виде пылевого фильтра.
