Abstract
Способ дифференциальной диагностики простой и быстрорастущей миомы матки с нормальным строением эндометрия, заключающийся в том, что проводят ультразвуковое сканирование матки на наличие миомы матки, затем осуществляют аспирацию из полости матки менструальных выделений и центрифугирование их в течение 15 мин с частотой 3000 об/мин, после чего супернатант менструальных выделений в количестве 0,2 мл наносят на поверхность предметного стекла в форме капли, накрывают покровным стеклом, высушивают при комнатной температуре, после чего полученные образцы микроскопируют и при наличии в них параллельных структур диагностируют быстрорастущую миому матки, а при обнаружении переходных форм - простую миому матки.A method for differential diagnosis of simple and fast-growing uterine fibroids with a normal endometrial structure, which consists in conducting an ultrasound scan of the uterus for uterine fibroids, then menstruating from the uterine cavity by aspiration and centrifuging them for 15 min at a frequency of 3000 rpm, after wherein the supernatant of menstrual flow in the amount of 0.2 ml is applied to the surface of a glass slide in the form of a drop, covered with a coverslip, dried at room temperature, and then obtained Microscopic samples are examined and, in the presence of parallel structures, they diagnose fast-growing uterine fibroids, and, if transient forms are detected, simple uterine fibroids.
