Способ прогнозирования развития злокачественной или доброкачественной патологии матки, включающий биохимическое исследование, отличающийся тем, что у менопаузальных женщин с гиперпластичным типом эндометрия при наличии жалоб на кровомазание проводят диагностическое выскабливание, определяют содержание в эндометрии прогестерона и тестостерона и при уровнях прогестерона от 2,0 до 7,0 нг/г ткани и тестостерона от 4,0 до 8,8 нг/г ткани прогнозируют развитие рака эндометрия, а при уровнях прогестерона 24,0-29,6 нг/г ткани и тестостерона от 16,8 до 22,4 нг/г ткани прогнозируют развитие миомы матки.
