Abstract
1. Валовая проба масла подсолнечника, экстрагированного из семян подсолнечника элитного сорта, причем указанное масло подсолнечника имеет профиль жирных кислот, включающий приблизительно 12% или менее общего содержания взятых вместе пальмитиновой кислоты (16:0) и стеариновой кислоты (18:0) и приблизительно 15% или более содержания линолевой кислоты (18:2), причем указанный профиль жирных кислот стабилизирован в масле семян указанного элитного сорта подсолнечника.2. Валовая проба масла подсолнечника, экстрагированного из семян подсолнечника элитного культивируемого сорта подсолнечника, по п. 1, в котором профиль жирных кислот масла подсолнечника включает общее содержание взятых вместе пальмитиновой кислоты (16:0) и стеариновой кислоты (18:0) приблизительно 11% или менее и общее содержание линолевой кислоты (18:2) приблизительно 20% или более.3. Валовая проба масла подсолнечника, экстрагированного из семян подсолнечника элитного культивируемого сорта подсолнечника, по п. 1, в котором профиль жирных кислот масла подсолнечника включает приблизительно 3,2% или менее общего содержания взятых вместе пальмитиновой кислоты (16:0) и стеариновой кислоты (18:0).4. Масло подсолнечника по п. 1 или 2 для пищевого применения.5. Пищевой продукт или растительная композиция, содержащий(ая) масло по одному из пп. 1-3.
Claims (5)
1. Валовая проба масла подсолнечника, экстрагированного из семян подсолнечника элитного сорта, причем указанное масло подсолнечника имеет профиль жирных кислот, включающий приблизительно 12% или менее общего содержания взятых вместе пальмитиновой кислоты (16:0) и стеариновой кислоты (18:0) и приблизительно 15% или более содержания линолевой кислоты (18:2), причем указанный профиль жирных кислот стабилизирован в масле семян указанного элитного сорта подсолнечника.
2. Валовая проба масла подсолнечника, экстрагированного из семян подсолнечника элитного культивируемого сорта подсолнечника, по п. 1, в котором профиль жирных кислот масла подсолнечника включает общее содержание взятых вместе пальмитиновой кислоты (16:0) и стеариновой кислоты (18:0) приблизительно 11% или менее и общее содержание линолевой кислоты (18:2) приблизительно 20% или более.
3. Валовая проба масла подсолнечника, экстрагированного из семян подсолнечника элитного культивируемого сорта подсолнечника, по п. 1, в котором профиль жирных кислот масла подсолнечника включает приблизительно 3,2% или менее общего содержания взятых вместе пальмитиновой кислоты (16:0) и стеариновой кислоты (18:0).
4. Масло подсолнечника по п. 1 или 2 для пищевого применения.
5. Пищевой продукт или растительная композиция, содержащий(ая) масло по одному из пп. 1-3.
