Abstract

Способ комбинированного хирургического лечения ректоцеле 2-3 степени, включающий циркулярную резекцию слизисто-подслизистого слоя прямой кишки с прошиванием механическим двухрядным швом и переднюю леваторопластику, отличающийся тем, что после иссечения задней стенки влагалища удаляют часть дивертикулообразного выпячивания прямой кишки, со стороны влагалища проводят шовную нить кисетного шва с захватом передних порций леваторов, с захватом волокон сфинктера, формируя единый кисетный шов, при этом затягивание кисетного шва леваторов производят после трансанальной циркулярной резекции слизисто-подслизистого слоя прямой кишки; для наложения кисетного шва на стержень головки сшивающего аппарата используют концы нити, которыми трансанально были прошиты и сведены края раны прямой кишки, образованной после удаления избытка слизистой, целостность задней стенки влагалища восстанавливают узловыми швами после завязывания единого кисетного шва со стороны влагалища.A method of combined surgical treatment of a 2-3 degree rectocele, including circular resection of the mucous-submucous layer of the rectum with stitching with a mechanical double-row suture and anterior levatoroplasty, characterized in that after excision of the posterior wall of the vagina, part of the diverticulum protrusion of the rectum is removed, a suture thread is made from the vagina purse string suture with the capture of the front portions of the levators, with the capture of sphincter fibers, forming a single purse string suture, while tightening the purse string suture of the levators produced after transanal circular resection of the mucous-submucous layer of the rectum; to apply a purse string suture to the head of the stapler apparatus, the ends of the thread are used that transanally stitched and reduced the edges of the rectal wound formed after removing the excess mucosa, the integrity of the posterior wall of the vagina is restored by nodal sutures after tying a single purse string suture from the vagina.

A method of combined surgical treatment of a 2-3 degree rectocele, including circular resection of the mucous-submucous layer of the rectum with stitching with a mechanical double-row suture and anterior levatoroplasty, characterized in that after excision of the posterior wall of the vagina, part of the diverticulum protrusion of the rectum is removed, a suture thread is made from the vagina purse string suture with the capture of the front portions of the levators, with the capture of sphincter fibers, forming a single purse string suture, while tightening the purse string suture of the levators produced after transanal circular resection of the mucous-submucous layer of the rectum; to apply a purse string suture to the head of the stapler apparatus, the ends of the thread are used that transanally stitched and reduced the edges of the rectal wound formed after removing the excess mucosa, the integrity of the posterior wall of the vagina is restored by nodal sutures after tying a single purse string suture from the vagina.
