Способ профилактики образования грыж после эндовидеохирургических операций, характеризующийся тем, что после завершения основного этапа эндовидеохирургической операции в раневом канале размещают синтетический имплантат овальной формы размером 2,5×3,5 см, затем с помощью устройства, содержащего рукоятку с кнопкой и соединяющуюся с рукояткой трубку, причем на рабочем конце трубки выполнен паз, в котором размещена игла, соединенная с рычажным механизмом кнопки, производят фиксацию синтетического имплантата в раневом канале, при этом выполняют проколы и прошивание таким образом, чтобы фиксация и стежка имплантата осуществлялась продольно с двух сторон и с отступом от каждого края по 0,3 мм.A method for preventing the formation of hernias after endovascular surgery, characterized in that after the completion of the main stage of endovascular surgery, a synthetic oval 2.5 × 3.5 cm implant is placed in the wound canal, then using a device containing a handle with a button and a tube connecting to the handle moreover, a groove is made at the working end of the tube, in which a needle is placed, connected to the lever mechanism of the button, the synthetic implant is fixed in the wound channel, punctures and stitching are performed so that the fixation and stitch of the implant are carried out longitudinally from two sides and indented from each edge by 0.3 mm.

Способ профилактики образования грыж после эндовидеохирургических операций, характеризующийся тем, что после завершения основного этапа эндовидеохирургической операции в раневом канале размещают синтетический имплантат овальной формы размером 2,5×3,5 см, затем с помощью устройства, содержащего рукоятку с кнопкой и соединяющуюся с рукояткой трубку, причем на рабочем конце трубки выполнен паз, в котором размещена игла, соединенная с рычажным механизмом кнопки, производят фиксацию синтетического имплантата в раневом канале, при этом выполняют проколы и прошивание таким образом, чтобы фиксация и стежка имплантата осуществлялась продольно с двух сторон и с отступом от каждого края по 0,3 мм.
