Abstract
1. Линия приготовления изделий из теста с начинкой, содержащая штамповочные барабаны, узлы формирования тестовых лент, насос начинкопитателя, бункер, конвейеры, моторы-редукторы и станину, отличающаяся тем, что в состав узлов формирования тестовых лент включены загрузочный и тестоподмешивающий блок с двумя четырехлопастными валками, блок первичного формирования тестовой ленты с верхней и нижней группами валков, конвейер для подачи тестовой ленты в блок вторичной тестораскатки, состоящий из четырех формирующих и двух отклоняющих валков, обеспечивающих разделение первичной тестовой ленты на две вторичные и их подачу к штамповочным барабанам с последующей выработкой готовой продукции.2. Линия приготовления изделий из теста с начинкой по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что блок вторичной тестораскатки оснащен оптическим датчиком для автоматизированного контроля за наличием тестовой ленты, поступающей в этот блок.1.
