Способ измерения длины распространения инфракрасных поверхностных плазмонов по реальной поверхности, включающий измерение интенсивности излучения вдоль трека плазмонов и расчет значения длины распространения по результатам измерений, отличающийсятем, что измеряют интенсивность объемного излучения, порожденного плазмонами на неоднородностях поверхности, причем измерения осуществляют за пределами поля плазмонов.A method for measuring the propagation length of infrared surface plasmons over a real surface, including measuring the radiation intensity along the plasmon track and calculating the propagation length from the measurement results, characterized in that the intensity of the volume radiation generated by the plasmons on the surface inhomogeneities is measured, the measurements being carried out outside the plasmon field.
