Abstract
Способ управления процессом сушки зерна электроактивированным воздухом, заключающийся в том, что контролируют начальную и текущую влажность зерна, температуру и относительную влажность атмосферного воздуха, регулируют относительную влажность воздуха, подающегося в зерновой слой, управляют работой источника аэроионов, отличающийся тем, что работой источника аэроионов управляют по критерию минимума времени сушки зерна, выбирая один из двух режимов - с постоянной концентрацией аэроионов в агенте сушки, с циклическим изменением концентрации аэроионов в агенте сушки, который выбирают в зависимости от состояния сушимого материала и характеристик агента сушки, при этом концентрация аэроионов не превышает 3,5·10м, а продолжительность циклов включения ионизатора находится в диапазоне 5-60 мин и зависит от культуры.The method of controlling the grain drying process with electro-activated air, which consists in controlling the initial and current grain humidity, temperature and relative humidity of atmospheric air, regulating the relative humidity of the air supplied to the grain layer, controlling the operation of the source of aeroions, characterized in that the operation of the source of aeroions is controlled according to the criterion of minimum grain drying time, choosing one of two modes - with a constant concentration of aero ions in the drying agent, with a cyclic change in concentra ation ions in the drying agent, which is selected depending on the condition and characteristics of the material being dried the drying agent, the concentration of ions is less than 3.5 x 10 m, and the duty cycle of the ionizer cycles is in the range of 5-60 minutes, depending on the culture.
