Abstract
Способ обеззараживания зерна и продуктов его переработки, включающий их увлажнение, отлежку увлажненного зерна или продуктов его переработки, последующую их обработку полем СВЧ, отличающийся тем, что при обработке полем СВЧ зерно и продукты его переработки дополнительно продувают нагретым воздухом, температура которого не превышает 55°С, обработку СВЧ полем включают периодически, для нагрева зерна или продуктов его переработки до предельной максимальной температуры, зависящей от типа зерна, затем обработку СВЧ полем прекращают и охлаждают зерно или продукты его переработки продуванием через них воздуха до температуры, не превышающей 55°С, при этом процесс обеззараживания проводят циклически в течение заданного времени, обеспечивающего необходимый уровень дезинфекции зерна и продуктов его переработки.A method for disinfecting grain and its processed products, including their moistening, post-wetting of moistened grain or its processed products, their subsequent treatment with a microwave field, characterized in that when treated with a microwave field, grain and its processed products are additionally blown with heated air, the temperature of which does not exceed 55 ° C, microwave processing is switched on periodically to heat the grain or its processed products to the maximum maximum temperature, depending on the type of grain, then microwave processing is stopped and cooling ayut grain or products thereof by blowing air therethrough to a temperature not exceeding 55 ° C, the disinfection process is carried out cyclically for a predetermined time, providing the required level of disinfection grain and by-products.
