Abstract
1. Способ изготовления стержня, при которомa) из первой формовочной массы из синтетического материала, которая образует самый внешний слой, и которая по меньшей мере на 50% масс. состоит из частично кристалличного термопласта, экструзией получают профиль из синтетического материала,b) внутри калибратора этот свежеэкструдированный профиль заполняется второй формовочной массой из синтетического материала, иc) образовавшийся новый стержень калибруют, отводят и охлаждают,отличающийся тем,что первая формовочная масса из синтетического материала имеет следующие характеристики:- температуру плавления кристаллитов Tв соответствии со стандартом ISO 11357 по меньшей мере 170°С,- температуру кристаллизации Tв соответствии со стандартомISO 11357 максимум на 70 K ниже T, и- энтальпию плавления ΔH в соответствии со стандартом ISO 11357 по меньшей мере 20 Дж/г.2. Способ по п.1,отличающийся тем,что стержень представляет собой круглый стержень.3. Способ по п.1 или 2,отличающийся тем,что термопласт первой формовочной массы из синтетического материала выбирается из группы, включающей полиамид, частично ароматический сложный полиэфир, фторполимер, полифениленсульфид и простой полиариленэфиркетон.4. Способ по п.1 или 2,отличающийся тем,что термопласт второй формовочной массы из синтетического материала выбирается из группы, включающей полиамид, частично ароматический сложный полиэфир, фторполимер, полифениленсульфид и простой полиариленэфиркетон, прозрачный полиамид, полипропилен, полиэтилентерефталат, поликарбонат, полностью ароматический сложный полиэфир, сложный полиэфиркарбонат, полисульфон, простой полиэфирсульфон, полифенилсульфон, �
Claims (13)
1. Способ изготовления стержня, при котором
a) из первой формовочной массы из синтетического материала, которая образует самый внешний слой, и которая по меньшей мере на 50% масс. состоит из частично кристалличного термопласта, экструзией получают профиль из синтетического материала,
b) внутри калибратора этот свежеэкструдированный профиль заполняется второй формовочной массой из синтетического материала, и
c) образовавшийся новый стержень калибруют, отводят и охлаждают,
отличающийся тем,
что первая формовочная масса из синтетического материала имеет следующие характеристики:
- температуру плавления кристаллитов Tm в соответствии со стандартом ISO 11357 по меньшей мере 170°С,
- температуру кристаллизации Tk в соответствии со стандартом
ISO 11357 максимум на 70 K ниже Tm, и
- энтальпию плавления ΔH в соответствии со стандартом ISO 11357 по меньшей мере 20 Дж/г.
2. Способ по п.1,
отличающийся тем,
что стержень представляет собой круглый стержень.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2,
отличающийся тем,
что термопласт первой формовочной массы из синтетического материала выбирается из группы, включающей полиамид, частично ароматический сложный полиэфир, фторполимер, полифениленсульфид и простой полиариленэфиркетон.
4. Способ по п.1 или 2,
отличающийся тем,
что термопласт второй формовочной массы из синтетического материала выбирается из группы, включающей полиамид, частично ароматический сложный полиэфир, фторполимер, полифениленсульфид и простой полиариленэфиркетон, прозрачный полиамид, полипропилен, полиэтилентерефталат, поликарбонат, полностью ароматический сложный полиэфир, сложный полиэфиркарбонат, полисульфон, простой полиэфирсульфон, полифенилсульфон, простой полифениленовый эфир, простой полиэфиримид, полиимид и смеси из простого полиариленэфиркетона с полисульфоном, простым полиэфирсульфоном, полифенилсульфоном, простым полиэфиримидом и/или полиимидом.
5. Способ по п.1 или 2,
отличающийся тем,
что первая и вторая формовочные массы из синтетического материала являются идентичными.
6. Способ по п.1 или 2,
отличающийся тем,
что профиль из синтетического материала, экструдированный на стадии а), является вспененным.
7. Способ по п. 1 или 2,
отличающийся тем,
что вторая формовочная масса из синтетического материала, вводимая на стадии b), является вспененной.
8. Способ по п.1 или 2,
отличающийся тем,
что профиль из синтетического материала, экструдированный на стадии а), является многослойным, причем самый внутренний слой состоит из усилителя сцепления.
9. Способ по п.1 или 2,
отличающийся тем,
что диаметр или соответственно наименьший поперечный размер стержня лежит в интервале от 15 до 500 мм.
10. Способ по п.1 или 2,
отличающийся тем,
что толщина стенки профиля из синтетического материала, экструдированного на стадии а), лежит в области от 0,4 до 20% от диаметра или соответственно наименьшего поперечного размера.
11. Применение стержня, полученного согласно одному из пп.1-10, для изготовления готовых деталей резкой.
12. Применение по п.11,
отличающееся тем,
что стержень состоит из одной или нескольких формовочных масс из простого полиэфирэфиркетона, а готовая деталь представляет собой имплантат.
13. Применение стержня, полученного по одному из пп.1-10, для изготовления имплантата, который включает невспененную сердцевину и вспененный внешний слой с открытыми порами со среднечисленным размером пор от 1 до 700 мкм.
