Abstract
Гидрофильный пластилин как наполнитель в производстве гидрофильных резин и резиновых смесей, полученный способом термической обработки при 90°С, с одновременным перемешиванием смеси, состоящей из возобновляемых сырьевых источников: сухого просеянного верхового торфа, влажностью не выше 20% и сгущенного кукурузного экстракта, образующегося на крахмало-паточных производствах при замачивании кукурузного зерна в теплой, температурой 45-52°С воде, содержащей до 0,35% сернистой кислоты (в пересчете на SO), и, далее, уваренного под вакуумом, до концентрации сухих веществ не ниже 48%, взятых в весовом отношении 1:(4-6); а также способом смешивания предварительно разогретых указанных выше компонентов: верхового торфа до температуры 160-250°С и сгущенного кукурузного экстракта до температуры 95-100°С, взятых в весовом соотношении 1:(4-6).Hydrophilic plasticine as a filler in the production of hydrophilic rubbers and rubber compounds, obtained by heat treatment at 90 ° C, while stirring a mixture consisting of renewable raw materials: dry sifted peat, with a humidity not exceeding 20% and condensed corn extract formed on starch -duction production by soaking corn grain in warm, at a temperature of 45-52 ° C water containing up to 0.35% sulfuric acid (in terms of SO), and then, boiled under vacuum, to the end ntration of solids not less than 48%, taken in a weight ratio of 1: (4-6); as well as a method of mixing the preheated above components: peat to a temperature of 160-250 ° C and condensed corn extract to a temperature of 95-100 ° C, taken in a weight ratio of 1: (4-6).
