Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania paliwa stałego z biomasy pochodzącej z odchodów kur utrzymywanych w dowolnym systemie chowu poprzez zmieszanie wysuszonego i rozdrobnionego pomiotu z paliwem stałym konwencjonalnym. Wytworzenie paliwa polega na pobraniu z budynku hodowlanego pomiotu kurzego z dowolnego systemu chowu w stanie świeżym o wilgotności do 80%, poddaniu go procesowi suszenia oraz rozdrabniania mechanicznego do frakcji nieprzekraczającej 40 mm, a następnie zmieszaniu z paliwem konwencjonalnym, przy czym wysuszony i rozdrobniony pomiot stanowi 10 - 90% wagowych mieszaniny.The subject of the invention is a method of producing solid fuel from biomass from chicken droppings kept in any farming system by mixing dried and crumbled manure with conventional solid fuel. Fuel production consists in taking chicken manure from the breeding building from any fresh farming system with a moisture content of up to 80%, subjecting it to a drying process and mechanical grinding to a fraction not exceeding 40 mm, followed by mixing with conventional fuel, where the dried and crumbled manure is 10 - 90% by weight of the mixture.
