Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania pelletów. Sposób polega na intensywnym mieszaniu w pierwszym etapie osadu ściekowego z biomasą o frakcji do 1,5 mm w proporcji od 1,0 : 1,5 do 1,5: 1,0 w ilości do 98% wagowych, haloizytu w ilości do 5% wagowych i wapna w ilości do 5% wagowych. W drugim etapie mieszanie prowadzi się aż do uzyskania jednorodnej mieszaniny o wilgotności 45 - 55%. Następnie w trzecim etapie mieszaninę tnie się na podłużne pellety, a w czwartym etapie suszy się je na przenośniku strumieniem powietrza o temperaturze 50 - 90°C, do czasu otrzymania suchej ich powierzchni. W piątym etapie podsuszone pellety kieruje się do dalszych podsuszeń, aż do uzyskania wilgotności 10 - 20%.The subject of the application is a method of producing pellets. The method involves intensive mixing in the first stage of sludge with biomass with a fraction up to 1.5 mm in a proportion of 1.0: 1.5 to 1.5: 1.0 in an amount of up to 98% by weight, halloysite in an amount of up to 5% by weight and lime in an amount of up to 5% by weight. In the second stage, mixing is carried out until a homogeneous mixture with a moisture content of 45 - 55% is obtained. Then, in the third stage, the mixture is cut into oblong pellets, and in the fourth stage, they are dried on a conveyor with a stream of air at a temperature of 50 - 90 ° C, until a dry surface is obtained. In the fifth stage, the dried pellets are directed to further drying, up to 10-20% humidity.
