Abstract
1. Способ получения вспененного композитного элемента, включающий следующие стадии:A) обеспечение покровного слоя,B) нанесение на покровный слой слоя адгезивного средства, причем слой адгезивного средства содержит модифицированный изоцианат;C) нанесение на слой адгезивного средства слоя пеноматериала, содержащего полиуретан и/или полиизоцианурат;причем модифицированный изоцианат в слое адгезивного средства при нанесении имеет содержание свободных изоцианатных групп от ≥10% до ≤29%.2. Способ по п.1, причем модифицированный изоцианат в слое адгезивного средства при нанесении имеет содержание свободных изоцианатных групп от ≥10% до ≤25%.3. Способ по п.1, причем материал покровного слоя содержит алюминий, сталь, битумы, бумагу, минеральный нетканый материал, нетканый материал, содержащий органические волокна, синтетические полимерные листы, синтетические полимерные пленки и/или древесные плиты.4. Способ по п.1, причем модифицированным изоцианатом является модифицированный изоцианат, выбранный из группы, состоящей из модифицированных мочевиной изоцианатов; биурет-модифицированных изоцианатов; уретан-модифицированных изоцианатов; изоцианурат-модифицированных изоцианатов; аллофанат-модифицированных изоцианатов; карбодиимид-модифицированных изоцианатов; уретдион-модифицированных изоцианатов и уретонимин-модифицированных изоцианатов.5. Способ по п.4, причем модифицированным изоцианатом является карбодиимид-модифицированный или уретан-модифицированный изоцианат.6. Способ по п.5, причем уретан-модифицированный изоцианат в слое адгезивного средства получен по реакции мономерного и/или полимерного дифенилмет�
Claims (15)
1. Способ получения вспененного композитного элемента, включающий следующие стадии:
A) обеспечение покровного слоя,
B) нанесение на покровный слой слоя адгезивного средства, причем слой адгезивного средства содержит модифицированный изоцианат;
C) нанесение на слой адгезивного средства слоя пеноматериала, содержащего полиуретан и/или полиизоцианурат;
причем модифицированный изоцианат в слое адгезивного средства при нанесении имеет содержание свободных изоцианатных групп от ≥10% до ≤29%.
2. Способ по п.1, причем модифицированный изоцианат в слое адгезивного средства при нанесении имеет содержание свободных изоцианатных групп от ≥10% до ≤25%.
3. Способ по п.1, причем материал покровного слоя содержит алюминий, сталь, битумы, бумагу, минеральный нетканый материал, нетканый материал, содержащий органические волокна, синтетические полимерные листы, синтетические полимерные пленки и/или древесные плиты.
4. Способ по п.1, причем модифицированным изоцианатом является модифицированный изоцианат, выбранный из группы, состоящей из модифицированных мочевиной изоцианатов; биурет-модифицированных изоцианатов; уретан-модифицированных изоцианатов; изоцианурат-модифицированных изоцианатов; аллофанат-модифицированных изоцианатов; карбодиимид-модифицированных изоцианатов; уретдион-модифицированных изоцианатов и уретонимин-модифицированных изоцианатов.
5. Способ по п.4, причем модифицированным изоцианатом является карбодиимид-модифицированный или уретан-модифицированный изоцианат.
6. Способ по п.5, причем уретан-модифицированный изоцианат в слое адгезивного средства получен по реакции мономерного и/или полимерного дифенилметандиизоцианата с простым полиэфирполиолом, причем простой полиэфирполиол имеет среднюю функциональность от ≥2 до ≤8.
7. Способ по п.1, причем слой адгезивного средства наносят на покровный слой в количестве от ≥20 г/м2 до ≤50 г/м2.
8. Способ по п.1, причем слой адгезивного средства наносят на покровный слой в количестве от ≥30 г/м2 до ≤40 г/м2.
9. Способ по п.1, причем слой пеноматериала получен по реакции полиизоцианата и по меньшей мере одного соединения, выбранного из группы, состоящей из реакционных смесей, включающих сложные полиэфирполиолы и простые полиэфирполиолы, причем к началу реакции молярное отношение изоцианатных групп к гидроксильным группам в реакционной смеси составляет от ≥1:1 до ≤5:1.
10. Способ по п.1, причем объемная плотность слоя пеноматериала составляет от ≥25 г/л до ≤48 г/л.

Способ по п.1, причем на стадии А) материал покровного слоя содержит алюминий, сталь, бумагу, синтетические полимерные листы, синтетические полимерные пленки и/или древесные плиты, на стадии В) слой адгезивного средства является уретан-модифицированным изоцианатом, полученным по реакции мономерного и/или полимерного дифенилметандиизоцианата с простым полиэфирполиолом, и слой адгезивного средства наносят на покровный слой в количестве от ≥20 г/м2 до ≤50 г/м2.
12. Применение модифицированного изоцианата с содержанием свободных изоцианатных групп от ≥10% до ≤29% в качестве адгезивного средства между покровным слоем и слоем пеноматериала, содержащего полиуретан и/или полиизоцианурат, при получении вспененных композитных элементов.
13. Применение по п.12, причем модифицированный изоцианат является модифицированным изоцианатом, выбранным из группы, состоящей из модифицированных мочевиной изоцианатов; биурет-модифицированных изоцианатов; уретан-модифицированных изоцианатов; изоцианурат-модифицированных изоцианатов; аллофанат-модифицированных изоцианатов; карбодиимид-модифицированных изоцианатов; уретдион-модифицированных изоцианатов и уретонимин-модифицированных изоцианатов.
14. Применение по п.12, причем модифицированный изоцианат является карбодиимид-модифицированным или уретан-модифицированным изоцианатом.
15. Применение по п.14, причем уретан-модифицированный изоцианат получен по реакции мономерного и/или полимерного дифенилметан-диизоцианата с простым полиэфирполиолом, имеющим среднюю функциональность от ≥2 до ≤8.
