Abstract

1. Способ выравнивания поверхности детали из композиционного материала с керамической матрицей, имеющей волнистую и шероховатую поверхность, отличающийся тем, что на поверхность детали наносят стекловидное покрытие, содержащее, по существу, диоксид кремния, оксид алюминия, оксид бария и оксид кальция.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что способ дополнительно включает, перед нанесением стекловидного покрытия на поверхность детали, формирование керамического покрытия, выполняемое путем нанесения на поверхность детали жидкой композиции, содержащей полимер - предшественник керамики и твердый жаропрочный наполнитель, сшивание полимера и преобразование сшитого полимера в керамику путем термообработки.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что деталь содержит каркас из углеродных волокон, уплотненный матрицей из карбида кремния.4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что деталь содержит каркас из углеродных волокон, уплотненный матрицей на основе кремния.5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что стекловидное покрытие включает в массовом процентном отношении от 55 до 70% диоксида кремния, от 5 до 20% оксида алюминия, от 5 до 15% оксида бария и от 5 до 10% оксида кальция.6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что стекловидное покрытие дополнительно включает, по меньшей мере, одно соединение, выбранное из группы, содержащей, по меньшей мере, оксид щелочноземельного металла и оксид щелочного металла.7. Способ по п, 1, отличающийся тем, что стекловидное покрытие имеет коэффициент теплового расширения, отличный не более чем на ±0,5×10Кот коэффициента теплового расширения детали из композиционного материала с керамической матрицей.8. Claims (16)

1. Способ выравнивания поверхности детали из композиционного материала с керамической матрицей, имеющей волнистую и шероховатую поверхность, отличающийся тем, что на поверхность детали наносят стекловидное покрытие, содержащее, по существу, диоксид кремния, оксид алюминия, оксид бария и оксид кальция.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что способ дополнительно включает, перед нанесением стекловидного покрытия на поверхность детали, формирование керамического покрытия, выполняемое путем нанесения на поверхность детали жидкой композиции, содержащей полимер - предшественник керамики и твердый жаропрочный наполнитель, сшивание полимера и преобразование сшитого полимера в керамику путем термообработки.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что деталь содержит каркас из углеродных волокон, уплотненный матрицей из карбида кремния.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что деталь содержит каркас из углеродных волокон, уплотненный матрицей на основе кремния.
5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что стекловидное покрытие включает в массовом процентном отношении от 55 до 70% диоксида кремния, от 5 до 20% оксида алюминия, от 5 до 15% оксида бария и от 5 до 10% оксида кальция.
6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что стекловидное покрытие дополнительно включает, по меньшей мере, одно соединение, выбранное из группы, содержащей, по меньшей мере, оксид щелочноземельного металла и оксид щелочного металла.
7. Способ по п, 1, отличающийся тем, что стекловидное покрытие имеет коэффициент теплового расширения, отличный не более чем на ±0,5×10-6 К-1 от коэффициента теплового расширения детали из композиционного материала с керамической матрицей.
8. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что стекловидное покрытие имеет температуру плавления, равную или выше 1300°С.
9. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что стекловидное покрытие наносят на деталь напылением с помощью кислородно-ацетиленового пламени или плазменным напылением.
10. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что стекловидное покрытие наносят на деталь путем полива, при этом далее выполняют термообработку нанесенного покрытия.
11. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что деталь из композиционного материала с керамической матрицей является лопаткой газовой турбины.
12. Деталь из термоструктурного композиционного материала, содержащая волокнистый каркас из жаропрочных волокон, уплотненный керамической матрицей, отличающаяся тем, что доступная поверхность детали снабжена стекловидным покрытием, содержащим, по существу, диоксид кремния, оксид алюминия, оксид бария и оксид кальция.
13. Деталь по п.12, отличающаяся тем, что стекловидное покрытие дополнительно включает, по меньшей мере, одно соединение, выбранное из группы, содержащей, по меньшей мере, оксид щелочноземельного металла и оксид щелочного металла.
14. Деталь по п.12, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно содержит керамическое покрытие, включающее керамическую фазу и твердый наполнитель.
15. Деталь по п.12, выполненная в виде лопатки газовой турбины.
16. Турбомашина, оснащенная лопаткой по п.15 или изготовленной способом по п.11.
