Abstract
1. Соединение диалкиланилиноциклогексана, имеющее следующую формулу I или формулу II: ! ! где Ar1 и Ar2 могут быть одинаковыми или различными и каждая является алкилароматической группой; каждый из R1, R2, R3 и R4 является независимо выбранным из водорода или CR7R8; каждый из R5, R6 и R7 является независимо выбранным из водорода и замещенной или незамещенной C1-С32-гидрокарбильной группы; и каждый R8 является независимо выбранным из водорода и C1-С2-алкильной группы, при условии, что когда каждый из R1 и R2 представляет собой CR7R8 и каждый такой R8 является отличным от водорода, R1 и R2 могут соединяться, образуя пяти- или шестичленное кольцо, и, кроме того, при условии, что когда каждый из R3 и R4 представляет собой соседнюю группу CR7R8 и каждый такой R8 является отличным от водорода, R3 и R4 могут соединяться, образуя пяти- или шестичленное кольцо. ! 2. Соединение по п.1, где каждый из R1, R2, R3 и R4 представляет собой водород. ! 3. Соединение по п.1, где каждый из Ar1 и Ar2 представляет собой алкилароматическую группу, в которой алкильная группа представляет собой С1-С30-алкильную группу, предпочтительно C2-С20-алкильную группу. ! 4. Соединение по п.3, где каждый из Ar1 и Ar2 представляет собой алкилароматическую группу, в которой алкильная группа находится в пара-положении относительно атома азота, присоединенного к алкилароматической группе. ! 5. Соединение по п.3, где каждый из Ar1 и Ar2 представляет собой одну и ту же алкилароматическую группу. ! 6. Соединение по п.1, где указанное соединение выбрано из пара-ди(пара-н-бутиланилино)-циклогексана, пара-ди(пара-н-гексиланилино)-циклогексана и пара-ди(пара-н-додециланилино)-циклогексана. ! 7. Claims (17)
1. Соединение диалкиланилиноциклогексана, имеющее следующую формулу I или формулу II:
где Ar1 и Ar2 могут быть одинаковыми или различными и каждая является алкилароматической группой; каждый из R1, R2, R3 и R4 является независимо выбранным из водорода или CR7R8; каждый из R5, R6 и R7 является независимо выбранным из водорода и замещенной или незамещенной C1-С32-гидрокарбильной группы; и каждый R8 является независимо выбранным из водорода и C1-С2-алкильной группы, при условии, что когда каждый из R1 и R2 представляет собой CR7R8 и каждый такой R8 является отличным от водорода, R1 и R2 могут соединяться, образуя пяти- или шестичленное кольцо, и, кроме того, при условии, что когда каждый из R3 и R4 представляет собой соседнюю группу CR7R8 и каждый такой R8 является отличным от водорода, R3 и R4 могут соединяться, образуя пяти- или шестичленное кольцо.
2. Соединение по п.1, где каждый из R1, R2, R3 и R4 представляет собой водород.
3. Соединение по п.1, где каждый из Ar1 и Ar2 представляет собой алкилароматическую группу, в которой алкильная группа представляет собой С1-С30-алкильную группу, предпочтительно C2-С20-алкильную группу.
4. Соединение по п.3, где каждый из Ar1 и Ar2 представляет собой алкилароматическую группу, в которой алкильная группа находится в пара-положении относительно атома азота, присоединенного к алкилароматической группе.
5. Соединение по п.3, где каждый из Ar1 и Ar2 представляет собой одну и ту же алкилароматическую группу.
6. Соединение по п.1, где указанное соединение выбрано из пара-ди(пара-н-бутиланилино)-циклогексана, пара-ди(пара-н-гексиланилино)-циклогексана и пара-ди(пара-н-додециланилино)-циклогексана.
7. Способ получения соединения по любому из предыдущих пунктов, включающий стадию взаимодействия в условиях восстановительного алкилирования, по меньшей мере, одного соединения формулы (III):
где R9 представляет собой R5 или R6 и R10 представляет собой С1-С30-алкильную группу, с соединением формулы (IV) или (V):
8. Способ по п.7, где соединение формулы (IV) означает 1,4-циклогександион или 1,3-циклогександион.
9. Композиция, содержащая стабилизатор, включающая (а) органический материал, подверженный окислительному, тепловому и/или фотоиндуцируемому разложению и нуждающийся в стабилизации для предотвращения или ингибирования такого разложения; и (b) эффективное для стабилизации количество соединения диалкиланилиноциклогексана по любому из пп.1-6.
10. Композиция смазочного масла, содержащая (а) по меньшей мере, одно масло с вязкостью, допускающей его применение в качестве смазывающего средства, и (b) соединение диалкиланилиноциклогексана по любому из пп.1-6.
11. Композиция смазочного масла по п.10, где указанное соединение диалкиланилиноциклогексана присутствует в количестве 0,1-10% по массе от общей композиции смазочного масла.
12. Композиция смазочного масла по п.10 или 11, где, по меньшей мере, одно масло с вязкостью, допускающей его применение в качестве смазывающего средства, является выбранным из группы, состоящей из моторных масел, трансмиссионных жидкостей, гидравлических жидкостей, трансмиссионных масел, морских цилиндровых масел, компрессорных масел, низкотемпературных смазочных материалов и их смесей.
13. Композиция смазочного масла по п.10, где по меньшей мере одно масло с вязкостью, допускающей его применение в качестве смазывающего средства, имеет вязкость от примерно 1,5 до примерно 2000 сантистоксов (сСт) при 100°С.
14. Композиция смазочного масла по п.12, дополнительно содержащая, по меньшей мере, одну присадку к смазочным маслам.
15. Композиция топлива, содержащая (а) основное топливо и (b) соединение диалкиланилиноциклогексана по любому одному из пп.1-6.
16. Резиновая композиция, содержащая (а) основной каучук и (b) соединение диалкиланилиноциклогексана по любому из пп.1-6.
17. Композиция присадок, содержащая от примерно 1 до примерно 75% по массе соединения диалкиланилиноциклогексана по любому из пп.1-6 и, по меньшей мере, одну другую присадку к смазочным маслам.
